Holiday villa in a traditional, yet modern Mallorcan style with private pool close to Alcudia. Finca Siró is located in a quiet rural ara at only a view minutes distance from the beaches of the Alcudia bay. The house offers various terraces and a very nice BBQ area.

Finca Siró is located in the rural area near Alcudia and at only minutes distance from the beach, Puerto Alcudia and the old town of Alcudia.

Alcúdia has a very nice historic old town with pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and good shopping facilities. The marina Puerto Alcúdia has a nice seafront promenade with shops and restaurants from fine dining to family friendly and offers a wide selection of watersports activities. The seaside resort along the beach has nightlife, restaurants and leisure activities for all tastes and age groups. The bay is famous for its 7 kilometer fine sandy beach and the shallow waters. Wind- and kite surfers will find excellent conditions!

The old town of Pollença is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The well-appointed interior of Finca Siró combines modern comfort with traditional Mallorcan charm. The spacious living room is furnished with an elegant sofa and a smart TV. A separate reading area offers an additional cosy corner to relax in. The large, traditional kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. A dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The flexible layout of the villa is ideal for accommodating several families and offers three different "flats" that can be customised. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the ground floor, ideal for families with young children. There are four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the upper floor. Two of these bedrooms can be separated to create a separate two bedroom flat with its own access from the rear terrace.

All bedrooms have air conditioning h/c, which can be used from 20:00 to 06:00 in accordance with local energy saving guidelines. These times are fixed and cannot be changed individually.

Finca Siró is an oasis of relaxation and offers several outdoor areas. The pool is a wonderful place to relax on the comfortable sun loungers or in a chic daybed and enjoy the fantastic view of the Mallorcan landscape and the glittering sea. The covered veranda, on the other hand, offers a peaceful retreat to unwind. The large rear terrace with barbecue and wood-burning oven is ideal for al-fresco dinners. There is also a table tennis table here. There is parking space for 3 to 4 cars on the property.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.
