The two-storey holiday home has two cosy bedrooms, a spacious living room and an inviting dining room. The fully equipped kitchen offers a hob, dishwasher and oven for convenient self-catering. The modern shower room ensures comfort and convenience. Car parking is also available. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV and music system to make your stay even more enjoyable.
The outside area of the holiday flat offers two parking spaces directly in front of and next to the house for convenient parking. There are cosy seating areas in front of the house, ideal for relaxed conversations or enjoying a cup of coffee. On the lawn next to it there are sunbathing and relaxation areas, perfect for sunbathing or reading a good book surrounded by nature.
The holiday home stands out for its location, just 50 metres from the road, which guarantees peace and privacy. It has barrier-free access, ideal for all guests.
