Experience an unforgettable holiday in our charming holiday home Tihana in Labin, Istria. This holiday home can accommodate up to 6 guests with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The accommodation has a variety of amenities to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Enjoy the view from your own summer terrace or relax in our beautiful garden with a private pool and a stone oven barbecue.

Inside the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The bedrooms are equipped with bed linen and a TV is available for entertainment in the living room. For your convenience, the house also has a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer. A cot and high chair are available for the youngest guests.

The house offers free Wifi so you can always stay connected. Please note that this is a non-smoking accommodation, of course smoking is allowed outside the house.

The house has a total of 4 bedrooms, 1x king size bed (1.80m), 1x queen size bed (1.60m) and 2x French beds (1.40m). The house has a total of 3 air conditioning units, one per bedroom on the upper floor, here it can get a little warmer in summer and once in the living / dining room, the bedrooms on the ground floor have no air conditioning, this has not been necessary so far.

Focus "good location", the house is perfectly accessible by car via paved roads. The house offers a rural idyll, while at the same time you can reach various beaches, shopping facilities or urban amenities within 7-20 minutes by car.

Focus "hospitality", I am always available for you by phone, WhatsApp, email to answer/clarify any questions/issues that may arise as soon as possible. We have a local contact person in the neighbourhood who will be happy to help you on site.

The beautiful beaches of Rabac can be reached by car in about 15 minutes, as well as beaches further north on the coast are between 15 and 20 minutes away by car.
The beautiful old town of Labin and numerous supermarkets (Lidl, Plodine, Spar etc.) can be reached by car in 7 minutes.

Please understand that we do not rent the holiday home to groups of young people. Ideal for families with children.
