à propos de cet hébergement
Maison de vacances pour 4 personnes + 2 enfants env. 120 qmà Cléder, Bretagne (Pays de Léon)

We love Brittany, especially the beautiful sandy beaches of FinistĂšre. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. If you have any questions on site, you can reach us at any time, and you are welcome to tell us all your concerns in German (or in English or French).
You have to imagine what the little Leinenweber house has experienced in over 500 years - when we first visited the place and were allowed to see the gem, we were thrilled - a house from the Middle Ages, that has been renovated but radiates its rustic charm not only in the small courtyard but also inside - rustic and cosy - the old granite staircase "stepped round over the centuries" - the new oak supporting beams, an antique granite feeding trough in the house and the man-high original open fireplace - which you not only admire immediately when you enter - but immediately get the light smell of the open fire in your nose! To have such a little gem in the holiday home programme is almost an honour.
Absolutely rare Breton holiday property: We offer here a really rare little pearl from the 16th century for holiday rental; lovingly renovated; without overlooking the rustic charm of the medieval linen weaver's house. On the outside, the no manoir has the typical turrets whose roofs were typically covered with thick slates (ardoises de montagne). A circular staircase leads from the entrance (in front of which is your private car park) into the small inner courtyard (completely fenced in) of the small medieval property - in which there is a slightly raised wooden terrace and a small circular pool - which is always heated to 28°C from 1 May to 15 October and is 5 m wide and 1.30 m deep. As you enter the gem you will see thick granite walls, small windows and the huge medieval open man-sized fireplace, thick oak supporting beams; and even the old granite feeding trough which is still preserved. The steps of the aged granite staircase to the upper floor have been polished round over the centuries. The small rustic manoir is really very cosy - and the beautiful fireplace is not only a feast for the eyes, but also envelops the whole small manoir in the typical smoky scent of a house over 500 years old - just like in the old days! The kitchen is of course modern, as are the shower on the ground floor, the guest WC and the tasteful bathroom (with corner bath). On the upper floor there are 2 beautiful bedrooms with double beds for a maximum of 4 adults - the children's room can also accommodate a maximum of 2 children under the age of 12.
The medieval origins of the house and the rustic feeling are of course special when you look at the house from the outside and even more so when you enter it. The old stones practically call for deceleration, which is more than nice for a holiday - you can relax quickly and well and quickly "come down". The location is of course also really nice - you can get to the beach very quickly but live right in the village - and can get fresh baguettes for breakfast on foot in the morning, right next to the butcher or in the supermarket. But 3-4 km away you will find the most beautiful beaches - "AMIETS" is my favourite beach - the water is turquoise blue like in a picture book. What I really want to mention is that the pretty little courtyard is so cosy - the medieval walls around you - you feel safe and somehow very private I think. And the four-legged friend you brought along can't go out because everything is closed all around - and then there's a small heated pool (28°C) - so the holiday is complete and wonderfully pleasant.
Our FinistĂšre is characterised by its beautiful, unspoilt nature and is not at all as overcrowded as other tourist areas of Brittany. So why not stay in the peace and quiet of FinistĂšre and organise a few nice excursions if you feel like it. If you ever find the "hustle and bustle" of the destination too stressful, you are in wonderfully quiet hands with us. Brittany has so many interesting things to offer, just have a look at the travel guide and you will find some very nice destinations in the immediate vicinity, for example the very picturesque, "British" Roscoff, the beautiful Crozon peninsula, or further south the Pt. du Raz, or Concarneau (famous for the detective stories of Inspector Dupin) or even the artist-hosting Pont Aven....and so on......you will love Brittany if you don't already do so Our FinistĂšre is characterised by its great, still intact nature, and is not at all as crowded as other tourist corners of Brittany.
