Within a radius of about 350m there are the first restaurants such as Hero, Llum, Isa, a supermarket Saladar, Cafeteria Stoker, ATM and a DeniBus stop.

The house is on one level and has 2 bedrooms, 1 modern shower room with toilet, large living room with fireplace, kitchen, patio (inner courtyard) with awning and large sheltered sun terrace in the entrance area with plenty of seating and sun loungers, parasol, BBQ gas grill.

It is well equipped, with 2 air conditioning hot/cold in the living room and one bedroom, fireplace, washing machine, smart TV with SAT+ Spanish TV, radio, WIFI 20 MB/s, fully equipped kitchen with dishes, some new pottery, gas stove with oven, Microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and much more.

Directly in front of the house there is enough parking space for 1 to 2 cars on the public street.

Electricity €0.50/kwh and water/wastewater €3.00/cbm depending on consumption (the meter reading is taken together when moving in and checking out)
Gas for stove, hot water, bottles connected as needed (butane 12kg bottle currently approx. €17) are not charged and a full reserve bottle is free. Experience has shown that no additional gas bottles are needed for a 2-week stay!
