The simply and functionally furnished flat is located in a family house with 2 other rental flats in the village of BaĆĄanija-Savudrija. The location of the 2000 m2 property is sunny and quiet, surrounded by greenery, just a few steps from the centre and the beach. The garden is decorated with plants and flowers and has a shared barbecue area. Free parking next to the house. The location is excellent for those who love simplicity, tranquillity and comfort.
The air-conditioned, comfortable and simply furnished accommodation of 48 m2 is located on the mezzanine floor of a family house and consists of a bedroom of 15 m2, with a double bed (160x200), a single bed (80x190) and wardrobes and bedside tables, exit to the covered terrace overlooking the garden, bed linen provided (weekly change), a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and night lamps. The bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin with mirror, toilet and outside window (6 mÂČ) as well as bath towels, one per person, are provided (weekly change). The living area consists of a well-equipped kitchenette with oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, plates and cutlery, pots and a dining area with dining table and 4 chairs. The living area is furnished with a futon, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace, which is furnished with a table, chairs and parasol.
Bicycles are available on request and at an extra charge.
In the garden there is a car park, a barbecue area with table and chairs for communal use

* Smoking is permitted on the terrace and outdoors, while smoking is not permitted indoors
* We kindly ask our dear guests:
- to respect the neighbours and to behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- use the accommodation equipment with care,
- leave empty containers behind and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to notify the owner of any damage caused, whereby the owner will demand payment of the costs in cash after careful assessment of the damage before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure in order to arrange the handover of the keys.
* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of the stay.

The flat is located in BaĆĄanija, the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, with lots of greenery all around, which stimulates and promotes physical well-being. The pine forest is known for the treatment of respiratory diseases dating back to the Austro-Hungarian period, thanks to the air in this area, which has an ideal concentration of herbs and sea aerosols for breathing. The area is characterised by lush Mediterranean vegetation full of laurel trees, palm trees, various types of evergreen shrubs, pines and cypresses.
The coast is mostly rocky, with small sandy beaches in the surrounding bays.
Bassania offers ideal conditions for windsurfing: almost constant winds close to the coast, suitable for beginners and wide for experts.
The oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic is the town's most famous and most visited attraction.
The town has a post office, restaurants, grocery shops, pizzerias, bars, bakeries and wine bars.
The harbour of Savudrija is about 3 km away, where you can buy fresh fish directly from the fisherman. The centre of Umag is 8 km away, where you will find the largest and most convenient supermarkets
