The comfortable air-conditioned apartment features two bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bathroom, and a balcony. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm), bed linen provided, two bedside tables with night lamps, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds (2x80x200 cm), two bedside tables with night lamps, a wardrobe, and bed linen provided.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin, mirror with cabinet, toilet, hairdryer, and two towels per person, provided. From the bathroom, there is access to the hallway leading to the living room.

The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer compartment, four ceramic glass cooking hobs, extractor hood, microwave oven, kettle, and coffee machine. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, coffee table, wardrobe, cabinet, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, and a dining table with 6 chairs, with direct access to the balcony.

The covered balcony is furnished with a garden table and 4 chairs and offers views of the garden and surrounding buildings, with a distant side sea view. Private parking is available on the property.

*Smoking is prohibited indoors; however, smoking is permitted on the terrace.
*In the event of any damage caused, guests are kindly requested to inform the owner or the agency. After a careful assessment of the damage, the cost of the damage will be charged on-site.
