The kitchen, dining area, and living room share one big space under a vaulted ceiling: an island with stools for four, a table for six by the windows, and a sectional in front of the 75-inch TV. Three bedrooms and two full baths are off the hallway. The king room has its own bath with a walk-in shower and a 50-inch TV. The queen room has a 50-inch TV and a slider to a small balcony. The bunk room has a full-over-full bunk and a twin trundle. The hall bath has a tub. Add the pull-out sofa and it sleeps ten. White noise machines in every bedroom.

The deck seats eight for dinner under the umbrella, with a bistro table and a gas grill, and no one above you.

Seven Ocean City beach tags come with the house, along with the beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, a Cool Cabana, and sand toys, all in the shed at ground level. For little ones: two pack-and-plays, a high chair, and a stroller. Stocked kitchen, linens and towels, fast WiFi, keypad entry, and driveway parking for three cars, two covered.

Summer weeks run Saturday to Saturday. Before Memorial Day and after Labor Day the minimum is two nights.

Security devices: an exterior camera at the entry landing and an exterior camera covering the carport and parking area, both facing outdoor areas only. A noise-level monitor inside measures sound levels only and does not record
audio or conversations. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the unit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in fantastic condition and included a lot of subtle amenities as a courtesy that most rentals do not.Everything was in like new condition and tastefully decorated. So awesome that we were able to bring our little Corgi-Jack Russell mix.Owner was very easy to communicate with and checked in on us after the first day to see how things were going. This was our favorite rental in Ocean City to date. Thank you so much!

We're Jenn and Colin, and this is our family's place. Colin grew up in South Jersey, Jenn grew up in Delaware, and we both spent our childhood summers at the Jersey Shore. We still live in South Jersey, about an hour from the 9th Street bridge.

We bought this condo in 2026, furnished it ourselves, and we host it ourselves. Jenn runs it day to day. There's no management company and no call center: when you text about a broken anything, you text us.

We use the place too, with our daughter and Lucy, our seven-year-old golden retriever, which is a good part of why it's set up the way it is. The beach cart is in the shed because we got tired of hauling one down. There are multiple white noise machines because we have a kid. The bunk room has three real beds in it because cousins come down to visit.

We'd genuinely rather hear from you at 11pm than read about a problem later. Tell us and we'll fix it, usually the same day.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

12th and Haven sits in the middle of Ocean City, which is the part we wanted to be in for year round enjoyment. You're six flat blocks from 12th Street Beach and the boardwalk, two blocks from the shops and restaurants on Asbury Avenue, and two blocks the other way from the bay. That means you can walk to breakfast, walk to the beach, and walk to a sunset over the water, all from the same front door.

It's a residential street of classic shore houses, so it's quiet at night in a way the blocks nearer the boardwalk are not, and it's still less than a 10 minute walk to Manco's.

The thing we didn't expect: the neighbors are amazing and in July the Night in Venice's firework display looks better from our deck than from most places people pay to watch it.

Ocean City is a dry town, which is a big part of why it stays the way it is. Families come back to the same week for twenty years here. That's the town we wanted to be part of.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It's the top floor, so no one is above you. That sounds small until you've spent a week under someone else's kids.

The deck is the main entertainment space: a table for eight under an umbrella, a gas grill, and an open view down the street. In September we eat every dinner out there.

Seven Ocean City beach tags come with the house. At $35 each that's about $245 a family doesn't spend, and it means nobody is standing in a line on the first morning. The beach cart, chairs, umbrella, Cool Cabana, and sand toys are in a ground floor shed, so you load at the bottom of the stairs and roll six flat blocks instead of carrying anything down.

It genuinely sleeps ten without anyone drawing the short straw: a king with its own bath, a queen with a small balcony, a bunk room with a full over full bunk plus a twin trundle, and a pull out sofa. Two full baths, and the hall bath has a tub, which matters with small kids.

Driveway parking for three cars, two covered. Everything was renovated and furnished new in 2026. One dog is welcome. And we you will be one of the first to stay in our new home.
