2. Pet Policy:
âą Well-behaved dogs welcome with prior approval.
âą Dog owners must provide a signed statement and a photo before approval.
âą Please clean up after your dog and adhere to breed restrictions (due to homeowners insurance).
âą We ask that guests crate or restrain their dog from damaging the home if left alone and are kept off beds.
3. Outdoor Shower: Rinse off sand and salt in the outdoor shower before entering the house.
4. Cleaning Expectations: Please leave the house in arrival condition: wash dishes, take out trash, and clean spills.
5. No Events or Parties: Unapproved events or parties will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
6. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the property.
7. No Commercial Filming: Commercial photography or filming is not allowed.
8. Deck Safety:
âą No children on the master balcony without adult supervision.
âą No children under 6 or adults over 200 lbs on the top bunk of the bed.
Our insurance restricts many dog breeds including a good amount of larger dogs. We ask that you send your dog breed and size info with your request to book.
