Comfortable and convenient

We (two parents and two adult children) enjoyed our 5-day stay at this property. The location was perfect, and while the area was sometimes noisy, including some 7am construction in the driveway behind the house, the house was well insulated for sound. (We were only bothered by noise when the windows were open.) The porch was comfortable, and a great place to sit and read, even during a rain storm. And the big couch in the living room was also a great place to put one's feet up after a long day of walking up and down the boardwalk. There was plenty of room for the four of us introverts to do our own things. The host was very responsive, even sending a new tea kettle to the house when I couldn't find the one that was supposed to be there. Would happily stay here again.

A stress free vacation

Our family had a stress free stay. The property is very close to the beach, board walk, and the center of town. Parking was very convenient. The weather was perfect and if you are a fisherman, the bay is in walking distance. All in all a wonderful week! Can't wait to come back

Location, location, location!

We had a great stay at this property. We were a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk and beaches. First floor was easily accessible and convenient. We have stayed at many locations in Ocean City over the last 30 years and this place was one of our favorites. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Vacation Home

This is our second summer staying at this location and will be planning on coming back. It is perfectly located just a short block from the beach, this home offers all you need and more. Always a plus to be able to bring our furbabies with us too.

Wonderful Vacation

Condo is so nice and clean and is in the best location. One block walk to boardwalk and beach. Kitchen is stocked with all the essential - dishes glasses pots and pans as well as cleaning supplies. Bathrooms and bedrooms are very nice. Living room is a great place to hang out and watch cable tv with plenty of channels. Front porch perfect for watching the sun come up or winding down after a long day at the beach. Our vacation was wonderful in large part due to our stay in such a nice place. No need to drive at all if you're only there for the beach and boardwalk!

Great Pet Friendly Property

My Husband and I enjoyed our stay at the property with our dog. Every thing is within walking distance or a short bike ride that you could possibly need. The owners were very organized with all their communications.

This property's location is perfect for families. Very close to everything. The unit was immaculate and comfortable for our family of 5 plus our little dog which we appreciated having with us.

Ocean City Sweet Spot!

Property is very clean, responsive owner and excellent location. Beach, boardwalk and downtown all very walkable! The weather didn’t cooperate early in the week but we made up for it at the end of the week. Great stay!

Great location!!

This is our second time staying in the building. We found this condo to be in better shape compared to the other one. We liked the first floor unit. Kate is extremely responsive. The house was clean. Convenient location to everything (which is what counts for us with kids) and the fact that we could bring our pup was a blessing!! We will definitely stay again. My only criticism would be new shower heads (they were very weak which made the shower process long) and the sectional has seen better days. Otherwise, a GREAT stay!!

Best location!

This location was great - steps from beach and boardwalk. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Loved the front porch seating area . Convenient parking. The best beach vacation we’ve had in a long time!
