Bienvenue dans la zone de vacances la plus populaire d'Ocean City. Situé au coin de la 11e et de l'avenue Wesley (près de l'historique Flanders Hotel), l'établissement se trouve à quelques pas de la plage surveillée (du Memorial Day au Labor Day), de la promenade, des boutiques et des divertissements et du quartier commerçant du centre-ville. L'unité a toutes les commodités; avec un téléviseur Ultra HD 4K de 55 pouces et un home cinéma dans le salon et des téléviseurs HD à écran plat dans chaque chambre Un nouveau foyer à gaz automatique vient d'être installé (février 2017). Internet sans fil haut débit gratuit est également inclus.

La cuisine moderne est équipée d'une cuisinière, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un four micro-ondes, d'une machine à glaçons et de toutes les autres commodités qu'un chef gastronomique pourrait souhaiter.

La suite principale, qui comprend une salle de bain privée, dispose d'un mobilier de chambre King Tommy Bahama. La 2ème chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size. La 3ème chambre est dotée de lits jumeaux pour les enfants, et la 4ème chambre dispose d'un lit double / lits jumeaux «superposés». Chaque chambre a beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Elle comprend également une douche extérieure d'eau chaude privée.

Des tonnes de soleil avec la bonne quantité d'ombre se trouvent sur les porches avant et arrière qui sont parfaits pour se divertir en plein air ou simplement se détendre avec un bon livre. Very clean and well appointed. Great location, 1.5 blocks away from the boardwalk. The owner was great to work with, very attentive and involved when we needed to speak with him.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful time while staying at Don's property. We have been coming to OCNJ for the last 32 years, and we all agreed that this stay was our favorite. The house is the absolute perfect location, just a short walk from the boardwalk and beach. Don's hospitality and communication was unmatched and was truly a pleasure to speak with. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future!

The house was very clean and had plenty of room 6 adults and 2 little ones. The house was the perfect location being just a few blocks from both the beach and the shops on Asbury!

Great location!

We had an enjoyable stay at this home! It was just the right size for our group of four women. The house was bright and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped with up-to-date appliances. We appreciated the water pressure in the showers. There was plenty of parking in the garage, behind the garage, and on the street. The home is attractively decorated. We found most of the beds to be too firm, and even though the living room furniture was nice looking, the cushions were a bit too worn and slightly uncomfortable.

Great place and location!

We had to get out of our home for a week as our hardwood floors were being re-finished so we figured we'd go to one of our favorite places, OCNJ! We stayed at this VRBO and it was just perfect! Great amount of space, a garage and off-street parking along with excellent location, made our get way even better!

Perfect fall getaway!

The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and close to all of our favorite places in Ocean City. The neighborhood was quiet during our stay and the boardwalk is a short walk away. Added bonus that our dog was allowed to stay at the property with us! We were sad to leave at the end of our stay, and hope to return some day!

beautiful

We stayed there for the week before Memorial Day 2017. The weather could have been a little nicer but we still had a great time. This unit is beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable and had good pillows. We hope to stay here again.

It was ok

So the stay was ok.The kids had a great stay thoUpon checking in was complicated cause you had to go thru the garage door with the codeTha balcony door for the master room is broke can't get in & out Thank god i also brought my own cleaning products cause the rug in the master room has a strong odor had to spray down the rug.Don was very responsive until i texted about a big bug that crawled outta the coffee pot after i put my coffee & was about to put the water here comes this BIG OH BUG He was very communicating until i textex aboit the big

Great house with nice amenities...with a few exceptions

This property is well-maintained, from the decor to the appliances to the furniture, both inside and out. My only complaint (and it's rather significant) is that the condenser unit sits outside the wall next to one of the bedrooms and the drone is terrible for anyone sleeping in that room. We were able to open the windows for the first two nights of our stay, but then it became unbearable to do so. There should really be some sound barriers installed or perhaps the unit should be moved to a better location rather than inches from an outside bedroom wall close to the window. If it were not for the annoyingly loud noise from the condenser unit, I would highly recommend and give it 5 stars rather than 4.

OCNJ Beach House

We had a great stay at this house over a long weekend in early October. The house was located at a great spot along the Ocean City boardwalk and was a short walk from both the beach and boardwalk. The house was well maintained and comfortable. The host was great to work with and communicated with me through the entire property. We would love to stay at this house again if the need ever arose.

Cant beat the location

This is the third time we have stayed at this property when coming to OCNJ since 2016 and the best part about this rental is how close it is to the beach/boardwalk and the shops and food/coffee on Asbury. Don is super responsive and easy to work with. The only downside is as others have mentioned, the queen bed is so noisy and the furniture in the living room is definitely worn and uncomfortable. I think with a few upgrades to the house and some new living room furniture this place would be a 10/10. Our family had a great week at the beach!

Can't beat location!

Stayed the week leading up to Memorial Day. Location was prime for our child under 2. Quick and easy to get on/off boardwalk, beach. Garage was great to leave all of our beach items. Plenty of space in the house. Definitely would like to rent from Don again.

June 2022 Beach Trip

Great property with easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and the heart of OCNJ. The large garage is a great feature - I was able to easily store my bikes and beach wagon without having to unpack between each trip.

We love to use the property in the off-season or whenever it isn't rented (which isn't often). Being able to escape to the Jersey shore, to walk on the beach and boardwalk, play with the grand kids, visit Atlantic City or just enjoy a lazy afternoon reading is one of the best ways that we have found to relax and recharge from life’s daily challenges.
