The common areas of the compound are covered by CCTV cameras, and the security of the whole compound is monitored by ‘Brinks’ security agency 24 x 7. The nightly rate of the apartment covers costs of electricity, water, fixed telephone line, internet connection (WiFi), and gardening. So, no additional payment is required.
