The Space:

Warm finishes, soaring vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and carefully selected furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere that feels both spacious and inviting. The open-concept living room features comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a cozy fireplace, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure.



The beautifully appointed kitchen blends mountain charm with modern convenience. Featuring stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, a Ninja coffee maker, and a spacious island with seating for six, it provides everything needed to prepare meals with ease.



Upstairs, an elevated bar seating area overlooks the Little Deschutes River and river's edge, perfect for wildlife sightings! From birds, deer, elk. squirrels, chipmunks, and maybe a beaver, you'll get some great views and photo ops! This is also the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and catch up on work or your social media posts. Outside on the balcony, take in the same views in the fresh air. Nearby, the game room keeps the fun going with foosball, darts, and board games for guests of all ages.



Up for a relaxing float? Drive on up to Leona Park with your tubes and float back to the house. It'll be at least an hour long float. Tubes can be purchased or rented locally.





This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a game room; ideal for 6-7 adults and the kiddos!



Bedroom #1 includes a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.



Bedroom #3 includes one full-size bed, one twin-over-full bunk bed, and a smart TV.



The game room includes a twin-size futon.



Outside, your own private outdoor oasis awaits. The river is your backyard! Spend time wading, fishing, floating and cooling off! At the end of every day, unwind in the hot tub. You can also challenge family and friends to a game of horseshoes or relax on the covered deck and upper balcony while listening to the gentle sounds of the Little Deschutes River. Surrounded by mature pine trees, open green space, and abundant wildlife, the outdoor living areas provide the perfect setting for morning coffee, evening conversations, and memorable nights beneath Oregon's star-filled skies. La Pine let’s you escape the business of Bend but be close enough to experience it all!



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

o RV parking and hookups are available. Use caution backing in due to the propane and hookups (50 amp outlet). The hookups are on the house-side of the driveway.

• This home is pet friendly! We welcome up to 2 dogs. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies and is not included in your reservation total. Please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to arrange payment.

o Dogs may not be left unattended. A dog crate is available inside the home, and an outdoor kennel is provided for guest use.

o Dogs are not permitted on the furniture.

o Any dog hair evident on the furniture or excessive dirt/mud may result in greater cleaning fees charged after checkout.

• There is a hot and cold "Dog Washing Station" outside the front door. Guests and dogs are asked to rinse off before entering the home and hot tub after spending time in the river. Please disconnect the hoses after use to prevent overnight freezing. "Dog towels" are available in the mudroom.
