If you’re a homebody that likes to stay in, you can enjoy your time in the hot tub or pool, watching movies at the in-home theater, taking a stroll by the river, or enjoying a dip in the indoor pool! If you like exploring, there are plenty of hikes, beautiful mountains, hot springs, with food & shops also nearby to spend your days at.

This home is within minutes to the Sunriver Resort, but lacks the crowds and nosy neighbors, making it the ultimate Central Oregon vacation spot! It has 5 bedrooms with 8 beds and 4.5 bathrooms - perfect for up to 14 guests. Here is a breakdown of the rooms so you know exactly what to expect!

Bedrooms:
Each bedroom has high-quality memory foam beds so you can sleep like royalty and plenty of storage space for your belongings so you can unpack and feel at home.

The Primary bedroom in this home is huge with a king-sized bed, sofa, ensuite bathroom even a jacuzzi spa tub! So let your body relax with a bath bomb and a good book, letting the massaging jets work their magic.

Bedroom two has a queen bed, en suite bathroom and ample space!
Bedroom three has a queen-sized bed and a twin bunk bed.
Bedrooms four and five each have a queen bed.
There is a queen-sized murphy bed in the family room/game room.

Bathrooms:
With four and a half bathrooms in the house, you’ll never have to worry about a long wait for the shower. Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash for your convenience and a “forgot it” kit just in case it slipped your mind to bring that toothbrush. There are both walk-in showers and tub/shower combos so if any kiddos need a bath after a fun day of exploring or swimming in the pool, you’ll have the ability to get them squeaky clean!

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped for any meals you choose to stay in for. Take advantage of the fridge and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, full dining sets, and dishwasher for easy cleanup. The dining room table has enough seats for up to ten guests with additional barstools at the kitchen’s island for three more.

Need more cooking space? We even have a smaller kitchen area in the upstairs living room above the garage. With an additional refrigerator and freezer, another microwave, and plenty of room, you will be able to cook or prep and have the extra space you need!

Living room and bonus room:
There are two living rooms, one upstairs and one in the basement. The upstairs living room above the garage has a beautiful view of the mountains through large windows and glass French doors leading out to the private deck. There are two comfortable sofa chairs and a larger couch. This living area also has a private desk for anyone that needs to get some work done while they’re away. High-speed wifi is connected throughout the home so you won’t have to worry about lags or dropouts.

The downstairs area is a large family room/game room with a couch that can fit the whole family and a queen size murphy bed. Spend the evenings playing on the shuffleboard, have some friendly competition, or sit around with some drinks and enjoy the night. There is plenty of room for the kids to have their own area to play, while the adults enjoy each other's company.

Our home theater is always a guest favorite! There is a large projector screen on one wall with two rearrangeable sofas facing it. Keep them set up as a couch, or add in the middle sections to make a comfortable bed to watch your favorite movies on. The theater is equipped with surround sound to give you the best viewing experience.

The indoor pool is another guest favorite! And how could it not be?? The pool is heated to about 85 degrees and has plenty of fun pool toys including pool noodles and floats for the little ones that might need some help in the water. Please note that you will be swimming at your own risk and there should be an adult present any time children are in the pool area.

Outside:
The home sits on 2.7 private riverfront acres all to yourselves. The Lazy River Lodge is perfect for families or groups due to it's living space separation. With the main home on one side of the pool room and apartment on the other, each group can have their own space while still being together.

Take a lovely stroll down the hill, where you’ll find our gazebo picnic area and a dock directly on the Little Deschutes River! Bring your own floatation devices or paddle-boards for a pleasant 1.5 - 2 hour float carrying you to the La Pine State Park (just a 13 min pick up drive from the home)

On the 2.7 acres, you have access to the home, free private parking, a fire pit, dock and gazebo on the river. It’s easy to spend all afternoon and evening enjoying the space and all it has to offer. Relax with your favorite book under the gazebo, sip your morning coffee on the deck, sit and watch all the wildlife from almost anywhere on the property. Take a stroll along the river, have a campfire in the evening and roast some marshmallows while you reminisce.

Guest will have access to the entire home, deck and backyard with the exception of the garage.
