Guests at Country Club Villas enjoy access to three pool complexes, each with a hot tub and sundeck, plus outdoor tennis and pickleball courts. This ground-floor condo also has a private garden and expansive lanai overlooking the 18th fairway and the Pacific.



The Neighborhood:

Keauhou sits south of Kailua-Kona, where the Kona Country Club meets Keauhou Bay and a practical shopping center is close enough to walk to. Keauhou Bay Beach Park is nearby for a water-side outing, while Keauhou Shopping Center has restaurants, groceries, a cinema, and a pharmacy. Kahalu'u Beach Park is a short drive for snorkeling, and Ali'i Drive continues north to historic Kailua-Kona. This is a useful family base because beach time, supplies, dinner, and a quieter residential setting are all close without feeling isolated.



Getting Around:

Kona International Airport is roughly 25 to 30 minutes away by car. A rental car is useful for exploring the Kona Coast and historic Kailua-Kona. Keauhou Bay Beach Park and the Keauhou Shopping Center are walkable from the condo.
