Welcome to The Hideaway—a barn-turned-Fayetteville escape designed for quiet mornings, Razorback weekends, mountain biking trips, and NWA exploring. Set on a 4.5-acre property with three unique stays, this separate 850 sq. ft. home is close to Kessler Mountain, Centennial Park, Razorback Stadium, UofA, and downtown Fayetteville while still feeling tucked into the trees.
The Hideaway was once the farm’s original barn, now reimagined into a private stay for two. Inside, salvaged architectural elements, warm finishes, and a thoughtful layout create a blend of history and modern style. The sitting area has an indoor/outdoor feel, the dining table is tucked under the stairs, and the full kitchen is bright, functional, and ready for slow breakfasts or easy dinners.

Guests can also enjoy the stocked pond, grassy yard, garden area, fire pit, bridge, seating areas, and hiking/biking trails throughout the property. Select outdoor areas may be shared with guests staying in the other homes on the lot.

Kessler Mountain and Centennial Park are close by, making this a strong base for mountain bikers, hikers, race weekends, and outdoor-focused NWA trips.

While the property is not highly walkable to major attractions, it offers a peaceful setting with outdoor areas to enjoy, including trails, a stocked pond, garden area, fire pit, and grassy yard.
With quick access to nearby roads, you can easily reach Kessler Mountain and Centennial Park in about 8 minutes, or explore more of NWA with a short drive.
➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay. ➤ This property is pet-friendly. We welcome friendly, house-trained pets for a $100 fee per stay. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, each not exceeding 20 lbs. After booking, guests must immediately let us know how many pets will be staying. Unapproved pets are subject to additional fees. ➤ There are 2 other properties on this lot that may be booked by other guests. Some outdoor/common areas may be shared. ➤ The property is located 1.5 blocks from a railroad track. There is occasionally a train that comes by after 10:00 pm, and randomly around 4:30 am or 5:00 am. Earplugs are provided for any lighter sleeping guests. ➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted. ➤ No third-party bookings; the reservation must be made under your own account. ➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames, including candles, incense, or sage. ➤ Quiet hours begin at 9:00 pm—please keep noise to a minimum. ➤ The home includes stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. ➤ Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. *Thank you in advance for your understanding and compliance with the rules.*
1. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.
2. Guests acknowledge and agree to observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM and to keep noise levels to a minimum during this time out of respect for neighbors.
3. No parties or events allowed.
4. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.
5. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.
6. There cannot be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Unauthorized guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be charged $50 per night, per extra guest.
7. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a late check-out fee equal to 10% of the base price. This fee helps cover housekeeping costs when the agreed-upon check-out time is not observed.
8. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement.
9. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place around the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be requested separately.
10. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
