With it's exposed "brick" walls and iron pipe construction mixed with warm wood accents, this property has a rustic factory feel with all of the comforts of home. Space for up to 5 people featuring two bedrooms. The living room and both bedrooms have smart HDTVs with free WIFI available throughout the property and keyless entry for easy entry and exit. 10 minutes from I-49 and 1/2 mile from Hwy. 71 B. Also only 15 minutes from Hickory Creek Boat Ramp/Camping on Beaver Lake. We recommend this property for 3-4 adults or up to five, if traveling with children. Traveling with a group? The other side of this townhome is also available. It's called, "Boho Beauty" and features a KING and Queen size bed.
Very adequate 5 night stay for our family of 5 with young kids. Safe and quiet suburb neighborhood. The kids room had plenty of toys and a nice semi baby proof play area. Within 15-20 minutes from plenty of family fun activities. Good side of town for getting in and out of traffic. Host were very caring, decorations and stock of the house were excellent (towels, soaps, paper plates, shampoo) etc
This property was in a safe neighborhood. The property was clean, modern, and amazingly well appointed - if you are a gadget geek you will love it. They thought of everything.
This VRBO was perfect for my me and husband! It came with several things we were able to use if we forgot them (such as shampoo and body wash) It was very clean and extremely comfortable. It was perfect!
Everything was as advertised and it was aPerfect place to stay! From check in to check out it went smoothly and no issues. The place was beautiful and clean and we enjoyed our stay. Will certainly stay again if we are in the area
Just came up for a day to visit family. The unit was perfect for our needs. Neighborhood was quiet, but the best thing was the host. We had some problems come up, not with the unit but personal. Sean definitely aims to please his clients. Most helpful. Will stay again
This is a great 2BR property in a convenient location in the Springdale area. Large and very well equipped kitchen. Sean was easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we had a question. We would stay here again.
It was fun staying in such a beautifully decorated place. My nephews enjoyed the multitude of boy toys and books in the kids' room when they visited. We enjoyed the space when we barbequed with my sisters, cousin, and their families. The beds were comfortable. The only reason the cleanliness received less than 5 stars was because of dust, but my sister who lives in Arkansas said that dust is a constant issue, so it must be dealt with on a daily basis.
We loved our stay and will keep it in mind when we visit again.
I want to give this 5 stars but canât because the beds and sheets were so uncomfortable. Our room was a full size bed, prefer a queen and the bed moved and swayed with the slightest turn. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Sofa was tolerable. Loved the size of the TVs. Washer and dryer available but no detergent.
The place overall was great has all the comforts and amenities you could ask for⊠we were going to stay 4 nights but our trip was cut short because of tornadoes that damaged the softball fields our daughter was playing at⊠the owner was understanding and offered us a partial refund⊠he didnât have to do that but did it anyways super thankful and would 100% recommend this place to anyone!
As a country farmhouse, cozy decor lover, I was a bit hesitant to book this 'industrial age' themed home--seemingly the antithesis of my usual comfort zone. But it was located near our family and planned activities and so reasonably priced, I decided to book.
What a good choice! The decor was just delightful (hubby particularly liked the automobile alternators!) with such fascinating art pieces--not simply paintings, but three-dimensional works that include
