Newer house with modern style separate "mother-in-law" type apartment having private entrances. Set on 2.5 acres. Fenced lot. 1 car attached garage for guests. Open concept kitchen/living room area. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Entire unit is approximately 1,500 sq. feet. Primary bedroom's bath has walk in jetted tub with separate shower, queen bed, Dish satellite system feeds 60" screen TV in the primary bedroom, living room has 65" curved OLED TV and a 32" flat screen TV in guest bedroom. Full guest room bath. Twin top and full bottom bunk bed with additional pull out twin trundle bed. Living room sofa/futon can be used as a twin bed. Kitchen has a double oven, dishwasher, large double door refrigerator, separate pull out cooling drawer, pull out freezer drawer and ice maker/ cold water dispenser. Large screened in attached porch opens to a gated fenced in-ground swimming pool that is constant kid-friendly 54 inches deep. Only 5 minutes to Farmington with Starbucks, McDonalds, Wendy's Dairy Queen, Walmart Neighborhood Market and many other restaurants and amenities. Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas is only 10 minutes away. Crystal Bridges art museum, Walmart world headquarters, Amuseum children's museum within 15 miles. Numerous historical and tourist sites nearby. Excellent restaurants and eateries very close as well as in the area.

To provide you with the best stay possible, it is our policy to greet you when you arrive. We want to point out several ”quick start” items that should make your stay with us less stressful. If we are not able to greet you personally, we will try our best to have one of our adult family members take our place.

Because of previous experiences, we only allow a dog for a pet. Sorry, no cats allowed.

Fabulous place in the country

This place is wonderful! The location is fabulous and just 15 minutes from Fayetteville so super convenient. Plenty of great seating in the den, the bathrooms are awesome and the closets are big. The place was very clean upon our arrival. There are great instructions printed for everything in the house. Will definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay

I was visiting the Fayetteville region with my wife, friend and my dog. Everything was great, the apartment was spotless, the unit is spacious, comfortable, kitchen had all utensils for cooking regular meals. Hosts were super nice and helpful, provided handy instruction booklets. 100% recommended.

We can’t rate it high enough!

Oh my … Rich and Carol were our hosts, and they were THE BEST. Their apartment in which we spent the weekend was magnificent in every way- meticulously clean, beautiful, and even had a stocked coffee bar. They were the nicest people and the apartment was a jewel! And we thoroughly enjoyed the game room. When we return to the area, we’ll definitely work our schedule around so we can stay at Rich and Carol’s place again! Phyllis

Great Location with Peace and Quiet

Central location that fit our need for visiting family and friends between Ft. Smith, Prairie Grove and Rogers. So nice to come back to peace and quiet with all the conveniences of home. Rich and Carol were wonderful hosts. Hope to stay again.

Perfect place to stay! Close to Fayetteville

Traveled with my parents who need a handicap accessible place to stay. This place is perfect for that with all they have to offer. Very clean and easy check in and check out. Rich and Carol were great hosts and always available. We will be booking this place again in the future.

EXCELLENT

Everything was perfect for our stay. The host was excellent with anything we needed. Very knowledgable about the area and super accommodating on our stay. We came in town for a razorback game and to visit with family and this home served that purpose. I 10/10 recommend it and if we are ever in town again, will try to stay here again.

went for Chinkapin Hollow gravel ride which was gorgeous! this place was perfectly situated do only 15’ drive in am….super clean, host extremely helpful! didn’t get to use the AWESOME game room—-would def go again and this time enjoy that fun!!! highly recommended

Wonderful stay in a good location

We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations and the hospitality given by Rich and his wife Carol. We were in the area from out of state for an annual visit with Family. Farmington Fresh allowed my wife and 3 kids (2 babies) the opportunity to enjoy family all day and then have relaxing nights with our normal nighttime routine. The pool and the game room was a bonus to our accommodations and we took full advantage of them plus all the other little extras that were provided to us by the host. We highly recommend this Farmington fresh experience to anyone visiting the Fayetteville, Prairie Grove, or Farmington area . Heath Spiegel

Already looking forward to staying here again !

The property is a must stay. Richard and his wife were a pleasure upon arrival. We were taking my daughter to move into U of A for the semester and Richard made us feel welcome and at home. He was very knowledgeable about the area, and his home was just what we needed after a 8.5 hour drive from Texas. The house has plenty of towels, sheets, top notch amenities like the game room and pool which my girls loved! Richard, thank you for making this next chapter in our daughters life seamless. We already are looking forward to returning!

A Great Place To Getaway For All Ages

I was pleasantly surprised at all of the activities we were able to do at this very nice and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a pool and game room. There was no need to go anywhere else to look for entertainment. We brought our own food and didn’t leave until the time came to go home.

The house itself was very nice. Instructions where everything was and how to use was very helpful. I only have two concerns - the pool water was very warm( due to solar panels) also the weather eas very hot so the pool had algae and a lot of bugs. The dog next door was very annoying - it barked constantly, which made our dog very anxious. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay,

Anniversary vacation

This place is amazing! The owner was extremely attentive to our questions and very timely if we needed assistance. The ambience was very relaxing and entertaining- great pool, fun games and activities on the property, quiet and peaceful. This was exactly the type of space we dreamed of to spend some relaxing get-away time with each other and our dogs. We recommend this space to anyone traveling with or without pets.

Amazing Property

This was the perfect place for our trip to Arkansas! The kids loved the pool and the game room! The adults even got in on the basketball action. We had a great time and would stay here again and again!

Beautiful home in Farmington

This is a beautiful property with all new appliances and utilities. It is a well maintained and high quality built apartment with plenty of room and comfortable sleeping and living spaces. Nice and quiet and peaceful during the stay but just minutes from Fayetteville and other cities with plenty to do. We definitely enjoyed our stay and do highly recommend !!

During our travels around the USA and in many international countries, we have stayed in many types of properties - from RV campsites to 5-star hotel rooms to economy level motels to our international families homes. Even the highest levels of retail properties seem to have less than warm feeling. We feel a home setting provides a more relaxing and peaceful environment providing a more restful accommodation. That's why when our mother-in-law apartment became vacant, we thought we could extend this option to others and provide this type of setting for travelers.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Farmington is a small town and has that similar feeling. Yet, we have all the "necessary" shopping here - and more. We like the peace and quite of our rural setting. We can see the stars at night and hear the sounds of nature. Yet, we are only 5 minutes from the local shops and only minutes from larger cities in Northwest Arkansas that have a wide variety of all the major stores and shops that will fulfill the desires for the vast majority of people.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We don't readily hear the small amount of traffic on our county road. We are set back about 300 feet from the road. The apartment is connected to our house just by a shared 3 car attached garage. It has a seperate main entrance as well as a separate entrance from the garage. There is a large attached screened in porch for the apartment with its own screen door to the fenced pool area. During the nice weather, we really enjoy sitting in the porch, BBQing and socializing without having to worry about disturbing only neighbor who is around 100 feet away - plus they are a great family.
