Great combination of location, cleanliness, comfort and communication from mgmt. We only stayed one night but this would be perfect for 2-3. Will be back.
Wife and I stayed for two days/nights for business and leisure. The condo was super clean and exactly how it was described. The patio had a great view of Dickson Street and had plenty of room. Great communication with the host when we needed it as well. I'd highly recommend this condo for a weekend stay!
From checking in to checking out, our stay was fabulous. The place was very clean and communication with our host was excellent. The central location made it easy for my daughter and I to conveniently explore the beautiful city of Fayetteville. We canât wait to come back!
Quick1-night stay with wife to catch a Hog basketball game. Third time weâve stayed in a VRBO at The Dickson. Great location, reserved parking spot in adjacent deck, well-appointed units with nice balconies. Our go to place when visiting Fayetteville.
This unit is small - single room with bed, living and kitchen. Fine for our use this trip, but if we were going to be in the room for any meaningful time, it would have been two small. No real living room space for watching TV - two small, uncomfortable chairs at foot of bed. Otherwise it was fine.
One note on check-in instructions. The email references a âunique codeâ to open the lock box as 0604 check. Then later in the instructions it says use the âunique codeâ above to get in the door to the room. It doesnât say this is a different âunique codeâ that is listed at the top of the check-in email.
The unit was a lot smaller than it showed on the website. It was missing a lot of basic things no tinfoil no saran wrap no kitchen cleaner no kitchen rag to clean the counter not a knife to cut fruit. No Tupperware to even put fruit in. I do not recommend this unit
I loved the safety features of this condo. Multiple locks before getting inside the condo. This was a huge plus for me as I was traveling alone. The view was amazing of Dickson St.
Let me start with saying you are renting this place for the location and there is no better place - walkable to campus, Dickson - 5 stars!
The pics depict it as more glamorous than it is. Some of the furniture is a little worn, the bathroom is dated (cheap cheap shower curtain). There was the largest hairball I had ever seen (pic) left on top of the soap dispenser- I really thought it had to be a joke cuz there was no way your were going to miss that at eye level!!!
The Fob (key) was a duct tape POS (pic). There was no way to put it on a key chain so I ended up putting it inside my cell phone case - very cumbersome.
The mattress was the BEST mattress I have ever had at a VRBO. I swear it was like a hug. Good sleep but be aware a very loud train goes through in the middle of the night.
The building is quiet!! I saw only 1 person the 4 days I was there.
Overall 4 stars because of the hairball & duct taped fob but a 5 star location.
Right in the middle of the action and then trips up and down the beautiful Greenway. Parked the car and walked everywhere. The apartment is great for two people and we really enjoyed the patio as well.
Check in was at 3pm but we were unable to get into the condo until almost 6pm.
We got locked out of the condo (our fault) and they were unable to get us back into the condo without the key fob. We had to move to a hotel so we didnât get stranded. Security was unable to let us in and we were returning late from the baseball game.
The location was great but not worth the all the issues we had and the extra money we were out getting another hotel room. Everyone was very nice but unable to help.
Not much for accommodating early check in and late check out ...fairly cumbersome getting in and ot of room only one fob to acces property and elevator...Difficult for 2 people doing different things
Great location, spacious, perfect for gatherings due to the large indoor and outdoor living areas. The history of this home is fascinating and it has been restored beautifully.
This property was exactly as described. Very clean and everything you need and walking distance to everything around Dixon Street and the University of Arkansas. I will definitely stay at this property again.
Perfect location for visiting the U of A, dining and entertainment. Easily walkable to the Walton Art Center, Theatre Squared and Dickson Street Book Shop. The deck and view are great.
This was our first visit to Fayetteville for our daughter's college orientation. Nice view of Dickson street and just steps away from several restaurants. I suppose we could have walked to campus if the weather was nice and we were in for a stroll. Would stay here again.
