Brilliant Luxury villa 3.5 miles from Disney, south facing pool and whirl pool. Oak Island Harbour/Kissimmee area, Kissimmee area, Orlando/ Disney area, Central East, Florida, USA. Master 1 King on first floor, 2 Queen, 2 single. & 2 Sofa bed. Large screen tv in family room. Game room, tv's and dvd/vcr players in every bedroom. Stereo System in Family Room. Unlimited telephone call in the continental United States. Wireless internet throughout the house and by the pool. Very quiet area, but so close to all the excitement of the amusement parks and beaches. Tranquil fountain in the lake just behind the villa is so relaxing. We have another vacation home if this one is not available. Property identification number is 10771084.

Lakeside Villa
This is an excellent property in a fabulous lakeside position. Very convenient for the Disney parks and the recent Margaritaville development offers good shops and dining options locally. Kathryne was easy to communicate with and could not have been more helpful.

From the initial booking the communication from Kathryne was really good any questions we had were answered in good time, the villa was everything we needed and in a perfect location to all the Disney parks, we miss it already!

Great house close to everything, and a super quiet neighborhood. The pool is fantastic. We loved being able to get away from the noise and have a quiet place to retreat to. So much better than a resort. The pool was wonderful to use after hot days and hours walking! Would definitely return. Thank you!

Wonderful House
The location was perfect for us, we spent a lot of time in the pool and watched the gator in the lake, had an owl sit on our screen room. Kathryne is so easy to communicate with and we just love her!

Unfortunately the check in process was not the best with the key lock not functioning. We could not contact the manager immediately, but managed to sort it. Villa is in an excellent location, very well equipped, beds are extremely comfortable.

A must stay!
The house was absolutely gorgeous and it is on a nice quiet street! The pool is heated perfectly and the view of the water behind the house is so beautiful! Katherine was amazing with getting back very fast as well! I definitely recommend this property to anyone! We will 100% be back!

This home was everything we wanted it to be. Fabulous location in a quiet and safe setting. The house was clean and had everything we needed, with a lovely welcome pack. Fabulous property and service
Loved our stay in this villa. Perfect location and extremely well appointed with thoughtful service from the owner including a welcome food and snack pack. Pool area is lovely with gorgeous view of the lake and we enjoyed the jacuzzi too although corners of the pool deck could do with a power wash! The interior is immaculate and beautifully presented with everything you could need. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great Location & Great Pool
Great rental located with easy access to everything. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, so it was a great break from all the crowds. The property itself was well maintained and had very nice amenities. We used the pool and hot tub multiple times per day. It was great having a pool to ourselves with an awesome view of the pond and fountain. The host, Kathryne, was incredibly responsive and easy to reach via text message. Our only complaint is that we weren't able to stay longer. Looking forward to booking this again in the future.

Tranquil and Relaxing!
We had a lovely week at this property. The pool and hot tub were the highlight for us as we have a six year old. She swam all the time while we enjoyed the sunshine and beautiful view of the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe when out and about. Kathryne was very responsive if we needed anything. We greatly appreciated the coffee and gift/snack box upon arrival as our flight got in so late we had no time to stop for provisions. Such a joy to have coffee in the morning by the pool! While staying here we enjoyed that Legoland and Gatorland were not far and our favorite place to dine and stroll was the Promenade. It is five minutes from the house and has great dining and shopping options. We also enjoyed the many sweet/ice cream shops, the live entertainment and mini car show in the evenings at the Promenade. Overall fantastic week and Kathryne is an amazing responsive host. We will definitely stay here again when back in Orlando! We needed a low key relaxing week and that’s just what this property offers. Thank you Kathryne!

Amazing!
Great location for accessing all of Disney and located in a very upscale residential neighborhood this home really could not have been better! The water view out back was the icing on the cake for us! The owner was very attentive when setting this place and from the moment you walk in you feel at home.

The gorgeous view out by the pool with the lake and fountain.
Ease of entry, quiet, house is clean and well maintained. All the facilities a vacationer needs to relax and enjoy their vacation.
