Minutes to Disney World & Margaritaville -WiFi-Game Room-Private Saltwater Pool

Emperor's Oasis Villa is located in the prestigious Formosa Gardens Estates. Just two minutes from route 192W, this charming, gated and walled community is located only two miles from Disney's World Drive and a few minutes drive to a grocery store, pharmacy, medical clinic, restaurants and shops.

Located on a quiet cul de sac, our villa sits on a spacious 1/3 acre lot with manicured lawns. Enjoy relaxing and sunning yourself in our comfortable lounge chairs on the screened pool deck. For the dedicated sunbathers, we have an additional 300 square foot sundeck that receives unobstructed sun all day from all directions. There is nothing like a dip in our large pool or relaxing your tired muscles in the built-in spa (free pool/spa heat) after a long day at the parks. You'll enjoy the lanai with overhead fan and chairs to relax in plus a table for outdoor dining. Don't forget to fire up the gas grill for some delicious barbecue.

There are two master bedrooms with king size beds and attached bathrooms. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and share a hall bathroom. All of the beds have new mattresses and luxurious high thread count sheets. All baths have been recently updated.

There are large screen TVs with DVD players in the family room and the game room. All the bedrooms have flat screen TVs and there is cable throughout the house. We also have wi-fi high speed Internet (bring your own lap top).

The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can cook as much or as little as you wish. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and a dryer. This is so convenient, especially when traveling with children, because you can pack fewer clothes. There is an ironing board and iron available as well.

For the wee one in the family, we have a highchair, two strollers, and a portable pack and Play crib/cot.

Our completely finished, climate-controlled game room features a 50” TV, large air hockey table, video arcade with classic video games from the 70s and 80s, children’s play table and chairs, train table, books, toys, board games, play kitchen w/play food and a couch with two recliners. Simba (the Lion King) as a cub and Mickey with his friends on safari will watch over you from murals on the wall.

For the comfort of all of our guests, this is a non-smoking home and pets are not allowed.

Great, short stay

This house was more than sufficient for our family of 5. House is spacious, clean and comfortable. Host was super communicative making arrival very easy.

Disney Trip

Short 4 night stay, 3 days at Disney parks. House was perfect for the 6 of us. 15-20 minutes to every Disney park and less than 10 minutes to just about any place you'd like to eat. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting!

So Close to everything!

We loved our stay at this property! The pool-spa was amazing after a long day at the parks and the stores were all very close as well. This was a great location for our first visit to Florida!

Great location, perfect for our family needs. Close proximity to Disney, Universal and shopping.

Very smooth experience from initial booking to check out. The villa was very homely, with all of the amenities you would need for a family of 5, with mixed age groups of kids. The pool and spa were great, beds very comfortable and plenty of living space to relax.

Family vacation

The whole family has had a great holiday. The villa was lovely and clean and within a short distance of all the parks and restaurants. The booking process was easy and efficient. We would definitely return to this villa.

Amazing location and comfortable stay near parks!

This was our first time going to Disney with our kids and we couldn’t have asked for a better rental property. Communication from John was fantastic and we didn’t have any trouble or issues prior to/ during our stay. The home was very clean and located near Disney, grocery stores and local shops. Can’t wait to stay hear again! Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Place

It was perfect beginning to end! The house was beautiful & the decor was great. We would love to buy the house we could live there for sure! The location was so convenient to all the Disney parks & Universal. Also, it was so close to restaurants & stores. We would highly recommend this house & location. Great Orlando spot!

Clean, well-laid out home that had lots of space for everyone! Great neighborhood convenient to everything Orlando has to offer, and nice to come home to after a long day. Pool and hot tub super easy to manage.

Perfect!

This was probably the best house we’ve stayed in. The house has everything you could need. We’ve never had a better stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, crock pot, grill tools, etc. Owner was great to work with, very responsive.

37 days of fun!

We have stayed at many short term rental properties in Four Corners area over the years, our experience with John was top notch. Immediate response to inquiries and resolution to minor issues. We would definitely stay again. Pictures are accurate and the home was very clean.

Family Vacation

This home is wonderful! It was so nice to stay at a property that is exactly as it's listed / shown; there were no disappointments! Communication and check-in were perfect. As a family that's stayed in many Kissimmee area vacation properties, this one is definitely on our wish list to return to, if we can ever manage to snag another reservation, due to it being booked very far out. Thank you for having us!

Great location

Property was just as pictured, well-equipped and in good location for Disney. The neighborhood was quiet in a smaller gated community. The pool and hot tub were always warm enough (85/102) for my littles to enjoy even on colder winter days. The pool alarms are loud and it took us a minute to get used to/remember the process to not set them off. Owner was preemptively responsive and all communications were spot on.

Beautiful home in Gated community

The house felt like home! We enjoyed our stay very much. This property is half hour from Orlando International Airport and 15-20 minutes to all major attractions. Less than 10 minutes away you’ll find minutes away Publix, Target! Walmart and many restaurants. Home was very clean and welcoming. It’s nicely decorated and comfortable. The grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool. We had perfect weather so we were in the pool every day.

Everything you need for a pleasant stay!

This is a very beautiful home. It was clean and well stocked with any item you might need. The gated community was well maintained but there is A LOT of traffic on Rte 192 especially in the evening. Driving at that time took patience; but WDW World Drive is only minutes away and that connects you to all the parks and resorts! The house is very roomy with many places to relax without having to be with your entire family every minute! We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Orlando vacation

My daughter in law had the best review of our stay and she said “ they thought of everything” meaning the host’s. The location to Disney was about 10-15 minutes . Did have an issue with the AC malfunctioning but it was promptly repaired . Would return in the future , just not in the summer time as it was hot .

Our Family Loved It!

First and foremost, this house is in a great location. It's close to all the attractions along with many restaurants and retail stores. The owner is very responsive to questions and seems to really care about their guests. The house and pool area were very clean and comfortably furnished. Our family of five fit perfectly in this house, but you could definitely fit more. The gated neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. This is the first VRBO house we have stayed in that actually felt like home. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels, and there were even extra blankets. There was nothing other than tissues that we had to go out and buy. We will happily stay here again.

Great place and location!

My family recently stayed at this property and we had a fantastic experience. The instructions to access the property were clear and straightforward, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The house was impeccably clean and exactly as described in the listing. Every detail matched our expectations, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect for visiting the Disney parks—no more than 20 minutes from the Disney Parks and Disney Springs. My family primarily used Lyft as our mode of transportation and had no issues getting around. We also made great use of DoorDash and Walmart Delivery service. Although the community is gated, the apps made it very easy to communicate the access code. John was very responsive to all communications and managed all of our concerns promptly. The pool was wonderful, and the gas grill was clean and ready to be used. I highly recommend this property and would gladly return in the future. Five out of five stars!

Exactly As Described

The property was lovely! The pictures were accurate and even better in person. The pool and jacuzzi were heated up upon our arrival which allowed the kids to jump right in and enjoy a swim. The property is located in a quiet cul de sac in a gated community which made us feel safe. I was initally concerned since the garage was converted to a game room and I was hoping to park my hybrid in the garage but the community was secure so all was fine. The host communicated with us when we arrived which was nice. It is also very close to the Disney parks. We went to all 4 parks and they were no more than a 15 min drive away. I'd highly recommend staying at this home if traveling to Disney.

Wonderful Home

Our group of family and friends had a great time at this house. The house was extraordinarily clean and well maintained. We used the private pool and hot tub daily and really appreciated that it was a heated, salt water pool. Didn't feel the need to shower immediately after using it to rinse off all the chlorine! We also enjoyed the game room and think that the conversion of the garage to this space was great. We also appreciated the fact that the twin rooms were obviously decorated with children in mind but were not "in your face" Disney-esque. The location is tranquil and quiet. We did not go to any theme parks but even after days out with all the Florida crowds and traffic, it was a nice respite. Owner was very responsive to a few questions.

Very clean, spacious and well stocked!

The property is exactly as the photos and description highlights. The pool very impressive in person and the high ceilings make the house feel even larger. One surprise for us was how well stocked the property was. There was ample utensils, cups, plates, appliances, etc, many offering kids options in Disney themes. What was especially exciting was that the game room was also fully stocked with toys. An example of the manager's attention to detail was that all toys were in working order and battery powered one had batteries with a charge. It's clear they really take their guest experience seriously, and I would highly recommend this property to other families. There was only 4 of us, but it could easily accommodate a larger group. It was also very close to Disney World and Disney Springs.

It's everything we could ask for and more

We are a family of 5 who have used VRBO a few times. This place was similar to a place we stayed in Naples during pandemic a couple years ago. Our expectations were high based on experience and the pictures. We really don't have anything to complain about. No ice cream scoop? We bought one and left it so no worries there. No inflatable volleyball net? Ya, we left that too for the next guest. Ok I'm being facetious. The place is super clean. The hot tub is hot and jets are powerful. Loved it. Pool was warm. The blender works. The microwave and stove work well. Showers are wonderful with hot water. Owner is very responsive. We ate breakfast at the little table by the kitchen and lunch/dinner at the dining room table. The lanai was great for when it rained. We even laid out on the loungers in the side yard. Yes, amazing and spacious. Netflix access on all tvs. The game room was a treat for the kids. Even the neighbors walking are friendly and wave at us.

5+ STARS - This home checks all the boxes

We visit Orlando yearly and have stayed on site and off. In the last 5 years, this is the best accomodations that we have experienced! I had to book a property last minute for the Summit Cheerleading and Dance Competition. Everything was sold out or booked up so I was surprised yet skeptical when I came across this property. It was super close to Disney, had a pool, and plenty of room. So, I booked it immediately. David sent a welcome email shortly after and I had all the info we needed to check in. Prior to arriving, I scheduled grocery delivery from Target/Shipt and it arrived shortly after we did. The pool and hot tub were clean and fabulous! My kids enjoyed the perk of a tv in each bedroom. The playroom was an added bonus. There were extra supplies in the master closet such as a pack n play and high chair and a box fan. Additionally, there were several strollers available to use during our stay. A few pool toys were there and we left some, too. We stayed a week and traveled to and from competitions, Disney Parks, and the Covention Center daily. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was gated-another plus! The check out list was clear and concise and there was plenty of info listed on the fridge and in the kitchen when we had questions about trash, etc. I could gush for days about how perfect this property was, but I don't want to hold you up from booking it. Hurry! I'm sure it will go fast!

Wonderful Experience, Planning to Return

I stayed in my first Formosa vacation home in 2013, and I've returned every year since. In my opinion, this gated neighborhood is the best place to stay for a Disney/Universal vacation due to the quality of the homes and proximity to the parks. This was our first stay in this particular home, and it is now one of our favorites. The check-in process was so simple, the owner is extremely responsive and helpful, and the home was spotless when we arrived. One of the special things about this home, is how the playroom appeals to a wide variety of ages. Younger kids will love the train table and toys. Teens & tweens will love the retro video games, hockey table, and playroom television where they can hook up their own Xbox or Playstation. The bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled and are supplied with hairdryers. The bath towels and bedding were high quality and pool towels were provided. The salt water pool was a wonderful feature; It doesn't dry out your skin or leave you with the chemical smell that chlorinated pools do. The kitchen was well stocked and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and a box fan was provided in the master closet which is appreciated by anyone who needs 'white noise' to sleep well. We enjoyed our stay here so much, we immediately notified the owner about returning next summer. I highly recommend this property.
