Finca Rullan is located close to Pollensa's old town in an area called La Font. Pollensa and the harbour of Puerto Pollensa are in a very short driving distance. Pollensa's picturesque old town is only about 3 kilometres away. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Rullan is a spacious and welcoming villa with private pool, 4 bedrooms and extensive gardens. It is furnished in the traditional Mallorcan style and offers plenty of space and modern comforts.

The main living area is located on the ground floor. There is a cosy lounge with sofas and satellite television, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area and one bathroom. The 4 bedrooms are all on the upper floor, as well as 2 more bathrooms. The bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning running on a fixed schedule. Operating hours are 2 pm to 4 pm and 8 pm to 8 am.

Finca Rullan offers shaded terraces, gardens with lawns and mature trees. The private swimming pool has a size of 8 x 4 m, sunbeds and parasols are provided. There are several nice places to sit and enjoy the views.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
