Spread across two levels, the home blends relaxed island charm with upscale comfort. Lush tropical landscaping surrounds the property, creating a private escape complete with multiple outdoor living spaces and your own swimming pool with a tranquil waterfall feature and optional heating for cool nights.

Located on South Padre Island, one of the most popular beach destinations in the U.S., your vacation days can be as active or laid-back as you choose. Whether you’re sunbathing, reading, or enjoying an evening drink, the home offers multiple spaces to relax in total privacy. Start the morning with ocean time—swimming in warm Gulf waters, horseback riding along the shoreline, or parasailing high above the coast. By afternoon, return home to unwind in the pool, lounge in the sun, or relax under the waterfall with a drink in hand.

Need to stay connected? The home offers ultra-fast Wi-Fi (500+ Mbps) and multiple smart TVs, making it perfect for remote work, streaming, or rainy-day downtime.

The kitchen is fully stocked & designed for both quick breakfasts & full family dinners. You’ll find modern appliances, ample cookware, & everything needed to prepare meals comfortably. Enjoy casual seating at the kitchen island, or gather around the dining table which seats 4–6 guests. Prefer to dine outdoors? The front balcony provides a peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine while taking in the island breeze. In the backyard, a patio picnic table offers a scenic garden setting perfect for a BBQ.

The home features two spacious king master suites, each with private en-suite bathrooms, one has direct access to the pool & one has access to the private balcony. The third bedroom is a fun & functional bunk room, perfect for kids or extra guests, includes a twin bunk bed and a twin w/trundle. Every bedroom includes its own HDTV & easy access to one of three full bathrooms. King Suite #1 downstairs, pool access, King Suite #2 upstairs, private balcony, Bunk Room – upstairs, twin bunk + twin bed w/trundle. Max occupancy: 10

Second-floor balconies offer elevated views for both sunrise & sunset, complemented by soothing ocean sounds & refreshing sea breezes—an ideal setting for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply unwinding throughout the day. Downstairs, the private tropical backyard creates a relaxing island-inspired retreat with lush landscaping, shaded seating areas, and plenty of space to enjoy after a day at the beach. The covered patio features comfortable outdoor seating, grills, & a picnic table, making it easy to gather for meals while enjoying the coastal breeze. Just beyond the patio, you'll find a spacious sunbathing deck furnished with loungers & outdoor seating surrounding the pool area. Our 10' x 15' heated plunge pool features a soothing waterfall & is nestled within the tropical landscaping, creating a peaceful backyard oasis & a perfect place to unwind and refresh. Pool heating is available for an additional fee.
