Welcome to our cozy Arnold getaway! Located within walking distance of the kayak launch and the park with a large playground, our home is a great spot for families, couples, or anyone looking to relax and enjoy the area.

The house backs up to the woods, creating a peaceful setting where you can enjoy some quiet time on the spacious outdoor couch and nature right in the backyard. Inside, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms with a queen bed, a full bed, and a twin bed, plus a separate office space with two desks for remote work or studying. The spacious basement family room offers extra sleeping space with a comfortable sleeper sofa that easily converts into a queen-size bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals, whether you're making a quick breakfast or a family dinner.

With two full bathrooms, central heating, and air conditioning, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Whether you're spending your days exploring the neighborhood, paddling on the water, or simply relaxing at home, our house offers the perfect place to recharge.

Guest Access: Guests will have access to the home by keypad entry. The code changes with every guest.

Neighborhood: This home is located in a safe, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. To help maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors, parties and large events are not permitted. If you would like to host a small daytime gathering, please contact the host in advance to request approval.

Parking: The property features a double-wide driveway that comfortably accommodates two vehicles, with space to park a third vehicle in tandem if needed.

Smoking is not permitted on the property. Any evidence of smoking that results in additional cleaning, odor removal, or damage remediation will incur charges billed to the responsible party.
