With its high-quality furnishings, our apartment offers all the amenities that discerning guests appreciate.
It is located on the fourth top floor of a well-maintained apartment complex with its own swimming pool and is easily accessible by elevator from the underground car park.
The penthouse has a 38 sqm terrace to the west and a 24 sqm terrace to the east, both with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains as well as the lovingly designed and well-kept pool area ... a perfect domicile for wonderful holidays!
The location of the apartment is perfect both for a beach holiday and for many wonderful excursions in the area. You live in a quiet and well-kept residential area in a modern penthouse with its own pool and every comfort.
With just a few steps you are without slopes and stairs on the beach 100 m away, where you still meet the original Andalusia, with many locals and typical Spanish restaurants and bodegas.
Smaller purchases can also be done on foot. In about 80 m distance you will find two small Spanish supermarkets and several small shops. Larger supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona can be reached in about 5-8 minutes by car. The large Spanish supermarket Eroski is located in a modern shopping center, about 10 minutes away by car. On request, we also offer a shopping service for primary care.
Mezquitilla is a small coastal town directly by the sea and suitable for a wonderful holiday in every season. The long, palm-lined beach is never crowded even in summer, and with its colorful fishing boats always offers a picturesque backdrop for relaxing beach walks on the beautiful, long promenade.
In the vicinity there are several large sandy beaches, e.g. B. in the tourist centers of Torre del Mar and Nerja.
But you can also just drive along the coastal road and discover many small, natural bathing bays.
The apartment is very well equipped. There are books and games, travel guides and a folder with many great tips for trips and detailed instructions for all devices.
The modern, open kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven and extractor hood and a refrigerator with a 4-star freezer. Household items such as household rolls, washing-up liquid etc. are available.
The living area is very bright and spacious and very communicative thanks to the open kitchen. You can watch TV from all areas thanks to the 32-inch rotating TV.
The television offers all German programs, additionally with DVD, CD and music system. There is free wireless Internet access.
For additional comfort there is an air conditioning system for cooling and heating, and additionally or alternatively three portable radiators for cozy warmth on cool winter evenings.
The two double bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and German duvets are separated from each other by the hallway and the windows have external shutters for a restful sleep.
The bathroom is light and airy through the window. It is modern and comfortably furnished. Hair dryer, hand soap and toilet paper are always available.
The parking space in the underground garage and the elevator to the penthouse are also very convenient. You always have a cool car and shopping is easy to carry.
The two very beautiful, large terraces also convey a relaxed holiday atmosphere!
On the east terrace you can have breakfast in the sun with a view of the sea and the mountains.
On the west terrace you can enjoy the wide view over the apartment complex to the sea, and you can relax on the comfortable sun loungers and you can have shade or sun through the large, flexible awnings, as you wish ...
In the evening you can watch the sunset from the terrace and let the day end gently, with a view over the lights of Mezquitilla and a good glass of Spanish red wine ... this is what a holiday should be like!
