Built in 1986, this custom home in the redwood forest has recently been updated and newly on the short term rental market. ~15 min from Eureka/Arcata

End of the road privacy on 3+ acres with some views through the trees to the west.

House is heated by thermostat controlled central heating. Wood stove is available as supplemental warmth and ambiance for guests who are comfortable using freestanding fireplaces. Master bedroom has its own gas heater.

Owner lives part time in detached unit.

1 primary bedroom with a large bathroom, balcony, king bed and gas heater.

2 Queen bedrooms including ladder accessed lofts with the best views.

1 Twin xl (adult) room. A cozy, and comfortable space.

Hotub and wood fired sauna for guests comfortable using a wood stove.

Large back deck, patio, orchards and 3 acres of redwood forest.

Plenty of outdoor guest parking, but garage is currently not for guest use. The rest of the main house is included in the rental. Hot tub, deck, patio, orchard and forest are great places to spend free time. Wood fired Sauna is available upon request.

Host will usually be available for check in and any needs that arise during the stay. Contactless checkins can be arranged if desired. Good communication prior to checkin is appreciated. Texts or phone calls will be responded to asap.

This rental unit is located at the end of a narrow and steep, 1 mile paved driveway. There are 3 large speed bumps and other homes along the road. Slow and respectful driving is a must. Please review driving directions as our neighborhood is a little unique and not all mapping apps are correct.
