You will be able to drive to the vast majority of outdoor and town attractions of Arcata and Eureka are within 10 - 20 minutes, and less than an hour to Redwood National and State and Parks.

Inside, you'll find a warm and comfortable living space with wood paneling and warm decor that exudes a nostalgic charm. The open floorplan living area is bathed in natural light, thanks to the expansive windows that showcase the stunning scenery. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, a gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fully stocked with basic kitchen amenities and the adjacent dining area is ideal for enjoying them with loved ones.

Upstairs, there is 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds with a trundle style frame, 1 full size futon in the common area, and 1 bedroom with a queen bed and attached full bathroom. The main living area is downstairs with a small den/common space upstairs.
