Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, the guest house features two spacious king bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and thoughtful amenities throughout.

Start your morning with a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the property. Spend the day exploring nearby trails, shopping in downtown Castle Rock, or visiting Denver's many attractions. In the evening, relax in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, and enjoy Colorado's spectacular sunsets and star-filled skies.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire guest house, private deck, hot tub, fire pit area, and designated parking. The guest house is separate from the main residence, allowing guests to enjoy privacy while knowing assistance is available if needed.

Other Things to Note

The guest house is located on a working farm property. You may see chickens, rabbits, dogs, greenhouses, and other signs of farm life during your stay.

While the setting feels private and secluded, downtown Castle Rock, shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are just minutes away.

To ensure a peaceful experience for all guests:

• No parties or events
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Registered guests only unless approved in advance
• Dogs are welcome with prior approval and applicable pet fees/deposit

Pet-Friendly

We welcome a well-behaved dog with prior approval. A refundable $250 pet security deposit is required before arrival for guests traveling with 1 dog.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets, including damage to furnishings, flooring, landscaping, or other property. Dogs must be house-trained, kept under control at all times, and cleaned up after while on the property.

The $250 pet security deposit will be refunded following check-out, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or pet policy violations are found.Pet Information

Parking

Guests may park in the designated guest house parking area. Please park only in designated areas and avoid blocking driveways, gates, or access points.

Hot Tub

The hot tub is available for your enjoyment throughout your stay.

For everyone's safety and enjoyment:
*Please replace the cover after each use.
*No glass containers in or around the hot tub.
*Children should always be supervised.
*Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.

Farm Property

Yore Farm is a working farm property. During your stay, you may see chickens, rabbits, dogs, greenhouses, and local wildlife.

Please do not enter animal enclosures or farm buildings unless invited to do so.

Fresh farm eggs may be available during your stay depending on production—just ask!

Wildlife

One of the joys of staying at Yore Farm is the abundance of wildlife. Deer, rabbits, foxes, hawks, and other native Colorado wildlife are frequently seen on the property.
Please supervise children and pets while outdoors and avoid leaving food outside overnight.

The guest house offers high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. Cell service is generally reliable for most major carriers.

Safety Information

A first aid kit and fire extinguisher are provided for guest use. If you experience an emergency, please call 911 immediately and then notify us as soon as possible.

Interaction with Guests

We want your stay to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. While we live on the property in the main residence, we respect our guests' privacy and will not disturb you during your stay.

We are available by phone, text, or Vrbo message if you need anything, have questions, or would like local recommendations. Whether you prefer complete privacy or would enjoy a friendly conversation about the farm and the area, we are happy to accommodate your preference.

Check-In

Guests will enjoy a convenient self-check-in process. The front door key is stored in a secure lockbox located at the guest house entrance.

The lockbox code and detailed arrival instructions will be sent via Vrbo message approximately two days before check-in.

Our Favorite Part of Yore Farm

One of our favorite parts of living here is watching the sunsets from the property. If the weather cooperates, be sure to spend an evening by the fire pit or relaxing in the hot tub. You'll often see deer crossing the fields and enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets Colorado has to offer.
