Situated on over 5 acres, this darling 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath farmhouse was once a barn! This spacious home has an open floor plan and boasts almost 2000 square feet. Enjoy all the modern conveniences you need while feeling like you are a million miles away from the city. Both bedrooms have their own private adjoining bathrooms. Full kitchen with all the amenities, including stainless steel appliances and an island with a second sink. Smart TVs/Wifi provided and the living room sofa pulls out into a queen size bed for additional sleeping space. Take in beautiful sunsets with full mountain views from the west side of the house and enjoy the peace and quiet of country living (and you just may hear the sounds of neighboring horses neighing and goats bleating!). Just minutes to E470 (toll road), restaurants, shopping and retail; 30 minutes to Denver International Airport and downtown Denver; less than an hour to Colorado Springs and just over an hour to the nearest ski resorts. An adorable little farmhouse

We loved our stay at the farmhouse! Hosts were amazing and were great to communicate with. Super clean, great location, and very much a home away from home when traveling. Highly recommended!

The overhead door roller could use cleaning/lubrication for smoother operation. Door hinges throughout were squeaking and could use lubrication. As an early riser not waking others this was an issue. Overall, the Farm House exceeded expectations and was a good value.

Delightful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed the views from the property. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the nearby horses, and made a point to be “home” in the evening to enjoy the sunset over the mountains. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Mile High Stay

Perfect home base for our day trips!

We stayed here while taking day trips to explore Denver, Boulder, and Colorado Springs. The house was perfect for our family of five and exceeded all my expectations. The owners went above and beyond to stock the kitchen and everything was beautiful & clean. We loved the mountain view and quiet neighborhood!

40th Birthday Surprise

We had an AMAZING stay here for my husband’s 40th birthday. The owners were more than helpful and available for any questions or needs we had. They even cleared the driveway of snow before we headed out for the day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Beautiful country home

This beautiful home was a pleasure to stay in. It was clean, and the property owners were extremely easy to deal with. We would definitely come back. Kitchen was well stocked. It had a beautiful view of the mountains and there are plenty of places within a couple miles to eat.

An oasis of calm amid the hustle and bustle of Denver

Our family loved spending time at the farmhouse. It is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need. The quiet and serene setting was the icing on the cake. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing basic meals. There's a Trader Joe's, King Sooper's, and Costco within a 10 minute drive, as well as many restaurants. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. We enjoyed the sunsets in the evening, and watching the horses in the morning. Nice place for walking. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to the Denver area.

Fantastic Stay

We were in town for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful and spacious home. The views of the horses in the morning were a special treat. AND even though it was around -10 or worse outside the house was very cozy and just perfect. All the communication was fast and check-in/access easy. Thank you for being an excellent host!

Fabulous house.

The house is furnished beautifully and not “cheap”. It is very comfortable with everything we needed. The view is outstanding with deer and horses on the countryside. The house is only a few minutes from downtown Parker, lots of restaurants and coffee shops. We were here to attend the Nutcracker at the Pace Center and it took only about 7 minutes to get there.

Piece of Heaven

We fell in love with this house—it is very airy and bright with amazing views! Everything you might need has been provided. The house is conveniently located near downtown Parker, but has a wonderful rural setting with views of horses. We even saw a herd of pronghorn antelope! The house is very clean, organized, and charmingly decorated. We hope to visit again soon!
