Check-In Requirement:
Government-issued photo IDs for all adult guests are required once your reservation is confirmed via check-in form — no exceptions, this is a mandatory step. This ensures a safe and secure stay. Thank you for understanding!

HOUSE RULES

• Parking – Use only designated spots as shown on the posted aerial view or shared map.
• No Smoking – Strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors due to high wildfire risk.
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• PETS: Allowed with owner approval and an additional fee/deposit. Please keep pets off furniture and clean up afterwards. As there are no fences between property lines, pets must always be kept on a leash for their safety and out of respect for neighbors.
• Neighborhood – This is a quiet, family-friendly area. No late-night gatherings, excessive foot traffic, or disturbances.
• Snow Removal – Guests must clear snow from walkways during their stay. Shovels provided; crews arranged when available.
• No Parties/Events. No Exceptions.
• No Firearms or Open Flames – Including charcoal grills. Use only the designated outdoor grill.
• No ATVs – ATV use on property is not allowed.
• Damage/Maintenance – Report any issues promptly.
