The Space:

Set on 5 private acres with sweeping ocean views, this modern, serene escape features 3 king suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom—ideal for couples, friends, or a workcation. The living room invites you to unwind with Sonos speakers, a smart TV, and a cozy fireplace.



Cook with ease in the fully outfitted kitchen, complete with Nespresso, quality cookware, cooking basics, toaster, blender, and dishwasher. Gather for meals at the dining table for 6.



Work remotely with confidence: Starlink, and three pro-grade workstations feature large monitors, 4K cameras, quality mics, and ergonomic chairs. An outdoor desk overlooking the ocean lets you take meetings with a sea breeze. A washer and dryer make longer stays easy.



Outside, private wood chip trails lead to shaded picnic spots, a hammock, ocean-view daybeds made for sunset, and a giant chess set. After a day of exploring, soak in the hot tub or warm up in the barrel sauna under the stars.

Important Things to Note:

• Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the gravel driveway.

• This is a two-story home—stairs may be required to access the bedrooms.

• Private laundry is available during your stay.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 pets under 30 lbs. each may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• This home is equipped with an external security camera, for guest safety. Located at the front door and monitoring the front entrance and driveway.

• Due to Gualala rural location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.

• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.
