Wake up to panoramic Chesapeake Bay views from this fully renovated, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath waterfront estate on Kent Island. Situated on 1.09 private acres with a resort-style pool, private dock, and 15,000 lb. boat lift, 208 Lighthouse View Drive is one of the most distinctive rental properties on Maryland's Eastern Shore.

THE OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE
The backyard is the centerpiece of this home. A stunning infinity-edge pool (installed 2014) is surrounded by light-colored paver decking and faces the open water — you will watch cruise ships and container vessels pass from your own pool deck. The private wooden dock extends directly into the Chesapeake Bay and is equipped with a 15,000 lb. boat lift, ideal for powerboats and sailboats alike. Three white Adirondack chairs and a covered patio create the perfect setting for morning coffee or sunset entertaining. THE INTERIOR
The 3,562-square-foot open-concept floor plan was designed to bring the water inside.
