- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

The place was perfect for us. Right behind the parking lot for the most excellent restaurant. But still had a view of the water ! It was a great location

Lovely little spot right by the beach. It's cozy and convenient, just as described in the listing. One-minute walk down to the water, and a great bonus having access to beach chairs and other items in the shed. Hosts are quite friendly and were very accommodating when we had an unexpected needs at check out. Thank you guys again, we hope to be back soon!

Quick walk to the beach. Cottage was cute. Beds were not the most comfortable. 10am checkout is frustrating.

I would not recommend this beach house to others. While the location is steps from the beach that's the only posotive. There was one AC unit for the cottage and it was installed with cardboard and duct tape. We requested another and did get one 5 hours later but it did not fit in the windows. You're unable to keep any doors inside open as well without using something heavy to prop them open. The communication seems to route through a few different people and it's hard to get a solid answer from anyone. We booked two nights and only stayed one it was such a poor stay for a very large price tag. Very VERY small and dated. There isn't any room for suitcases in either bedroom. There is a 250 pet fee and there was dog hair on the floor when we arrived. None of the beds or furniture were comfortable. The outlet adapter in the living room has very obviously suffered fire damage. Cannot stress enough, would not recommend.

Uncomfortable. Whoever staged and photographed the Jib for the listing is a genius. The reality did not match the photos and we were very disappointed. It's very small and dated but the worst part was how uncomfortable everything was. The beds, couches, dining area were all impossible to get comfortable in. My knees were in the shower when I sat on the toilet. There were almost no outlets. On the second night we had a gnat infestation even though we kept every window and door closed at all times. We left on the second night to return home even though we booked it for three nights. The 250 fee for the dog was ridiculous for this type of accommodation. Live and learn, this was an expensive mistake
