Stylish Lakefront Loft with Marina Views at Eldean Shipyard near Macatawa, Michigan

The Lofts on Lake Macatawa - The "Lofts" are modern lakefront condos located at Eldean Shipyard. The units are available for Long-term Lease and/or Vacation Rentals. The units are 2 floors, facing Lake Macatawa (occupying the 2nd and 3rd floors of the former Piper Restaurant building) Each unit has its own outdoor deck and grilling area. When units are not leased, they are offered for rent on a short-term basis as vacation rentals.



In addition, guests during the summer will have access to the pool (limit of 5 guests per visit), playground, and volleyball court at Eldean Shipyard.

This is our most popular vacation rental. It beautifully designed and decorated. It is slightly different than HV#2 as it is a little larger and does not offer elevator access. HV#3 has 8 Bedrooms - 2 kings, 4 queens, a bedroom with 2 twins, and also 1small bedroom with bunk beds - providing sleeping for 16. There are 5 bathrooms. There are decks on all 3 levels including 2 decks with sliders off of 2 Master Bedrooms. Other features include 10 Smart TV's, Wi-Fi, 2 washers & dryers, air conditioning, and a gas grill located on the main floor deck. A shuffleboard table and a living room is located adjacent to the kitchen & dining areas. All linens and bath towels ar provided. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed.
