Rustico Holiday Home Ulivi

The picturesque holiday home Rustico degli Ulivi (Olive Grove) is located south of Colico at the foot of the medieval village of Olgiasca overlooking the bay of Piona.
The holiday home has large terraces, sun loungers, an open-air Jacuzzi below the large sun terrace and a large wild and romantic hillside garden with olive trees. Isolated residential houses and beautiful nature are in the neighbourhood. Above the property is a residential house with truck parking, on the opposite side of the bay is the lakeside road leading to Colico.

There is a jacuzzi (suitable for approx. 4 people) 1.5 m x 2 m.
Within the bay of Piona, in the hamlet of Laghetto near Colico, there are several shallow stretches of beach, some with sand about 1.5 km away.
A fine pebble beach with a wide view to the south is below Olgiasca on the south side - distance approx. 700 m.

The rustico holiday home has been extensively renovated in a modern country house style.

Modern-rustic and well-kept, this holiday home presents itself to its guests.
The walls are painted in warm colours using a wiping technique.
A stone cellar is available for storing wine and food.
From the furnished terrace, one enters the living area with sofa bed. The bedroom leads to the upper terrace.

The cosy living area on the ground floor: the living area with couch (sleeping accommodation for 1 person), an eat-in kitchen with dining table await you. Next to the living area is the modern bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. From the living area you reach the wine cellar and the large furnished terrace with brick barbecue. A wooden staircase with banisters leads you to the
attic with a double bedroom and a raised extra bed for a child. Due to the hillside location, the bedroom also has access to the upper panoramic terrace.

The Rustico degli Ulivi lets you stay in a green hillside location and yet you can reach Olgiasca, the picturesque Corenno Plinio with its castle, Piona and Colico and many other beautiful neighbouring villages in just a few minutes.

You can park your car on the private property directly in front of the holiday home.

- Baby chair 2 € per night

Please pay the following costs on site:
- Tourist tax 1€ per person/day from 16 years old.

On arrival a security deposit of 200,00 EUR has to be paid in cash, the deposit will be returned to you on departure.
