NO parties or locals guests allowed to book this property. Only the number of guests listed with the reservation allowed at the property at all times. This is monitored with outside cameras. Do not book if you can`t follow these rules. Street parking is available. Do not park in the driveways or garage behind the property. The apartment behind the property is not included in the booking.

Plenty of Ubers and Lyfts available. If you are bringing a car, there is free street parking right in front of the house.

We do not provide propane for the outdoor fire pit. Some may have been left by a previous guest. If not, you can pick some up from the store down the street.
