We're just a quick 6 minute Uber to Downtown Nashville. Whether you're going to cheer on the Tennessee Titans at the Nissan Stadium, grab a drink at Blake Sheltons Ole Red Honky Tonk, or experience your favorite artist playing at Bridgestone Arena.
The Wild Iris is located in the Historic Buchanan Arts District, perfectly positioned minutes from all of the action, yet peaceful enough for an enjoyable night in.
Wake up to the smell of fresh brewed coffee from the coffee bar. We offer a K-Duo which has the option for a fresh pot of drip or a single serve Keurig. Grounds, K-Cups, filters, and creamer are provided.
Our chef's kitchen is fully equipped with everything you and your friends need to prepare a fine meal together. The kitchen includes an air fryer, crockpot, blender, waffle maker, toaster, and other kitchen necessities.
Enjoy after dinner drinks on the rooftop with views of the sunset and the skyline. The spacious rooftop lounge offers casual seating, gas fire pit, corn hole, BattlePutt golf game, 11ft adjustable umbrella, turf floors & a nice outdoor cooler to keep your refreshments chilled.
The townhome sleeps up to 12 guests. The first floor features an expansive living space complete with high speed WI-FI and Smart TV, chef's kitchen, and the first bedroom with ensuite bath.
Three bedrooms + the vanity room are located on the second floor. The King Bedroom & Bunk Room (with vanities) share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Our fourth twin bedroom and vanity room share the third bathroom as a Jack and Jill too.
The fourth floor features the indoor lounge with karaoke and group games, outdoor rooftop lounge, wet bar, and the fourth bathroom.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We chose to purchase this home because of it's close proximity to EVERYTHING! From Broadway / Downtown Nashville to other parts of the city. Our biggest motivator was the location and how fast we were able to get to everything. We also fell in love with this specific roof top AND city views.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
We have professionally designed our home to help guests feel like it's their own home away from home. The goal was to maximize comfort & convenience throughout the entire property. We not only have an expansive living room and a chef's kitchen, but we also have an indoor lounge that leads out onto our rooftop with CITY VIEWS.
