The jetty is long enough to accommodate very large boats.
The boat in the pictures cannot be rented. The boat lift is also occupied by that boat. In Cape Coral there are many possibilities to rent a nice boat.

Villa Juhara is fully equipped with a modern kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer with ice cube maker, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, Nespresso machine), air conditioning, washing machine, two dryers and BBQ grill with sizzle zone. Bed linen, as well as beach, bath and hand towels, to the hair dryer and cosmetic mirror, everything is available.
You will also find a baby bed and beach chairs.

In addition, you have free WiFi Internet, sufficient terrace furniture and sun loungers, as well as German and English-speaking employees for your on-site support.

Update: The water in Cape Coral is not particularly good. The chlorine content in particular is extremely high. It is about 10x higher than the permissible limit in Germany. That's why we had a water treatment system installed so that you can enjoy "spring water" quality throughout the house.
