Luxury vibes in beautiful surroundings! On two floors, Villa Grand Paradise offers everything vacationers could wish for: plenty of space, a big pool and a boat dock for watery adventures. This house provides enough space for up to 12 guests.

6 bedrooms are available. The master bedroom on the ground floor features a king-size bed and an extra-large 70” TV. 4 more bedrooms are also equipped with king-size beds and 55” TVs. The sixth bedroom comes with a queen-size bed and 42” TV. From two of the ground floor bedrooms, you can directly access the pool area. This is ideal if you want to swim in the morning. Every bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. In the master bathroom, you will also find a bathtub.

Right after entering the house, you will notice the large, bright living area – a perfect place to relax and watch TV with your friends. In addition to a flat-screen TV, the sound bar provides ambience like in the movie theatre. Or do you want to enjoy the view? Then, simply take a seat at the lounge area on the second floor.

Of course, you can also prepare delicious meals. The villa´s kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area and provides plenty of space. You will find an oven, stove plates, microwave, XXL fridge and dishwasher – as well as a wide range of utensils, cutlery and tableware. 8 people can sit around the dining table. The kitchen counter is perfect for snacks, and another table graces the roofed section of the lanai. Here, you can dine in the shade while looking at Cape Coral´s beautiful canal. There is even a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Gas grill, running water, refrigerator and a large workspace make barbecues more convenient than ever.

Afterwards, it is time to swim a few laps. Take a dip in the villa´s beautiful pool – or enjoy bubbling relaxation in the jacuzzi! Stairs allow for easy access, and you are welcome to use the villa´s sun chairs. Of course, parasols are available too, if you prefer the shade.

Speaking of shade: A perfect place for sunset viewing is the Tiki Hut, right next to the canal. Here, you will also find another highlight. Villa Grand Paradise features a boat dock with electric lift, so you can store your boat safe and dry. Being located by the saltwater canal, the villa provides direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful spots like Sanibel and Captiva Island with their white sandy beaches await you. If you love being active, you can also use the villa´s kayaks. Two single- and two double-seaters are available.

On land, too, the villa is conveniently located. Only a 5-minute ride separates you from the supermarkets Walmart and Publix. The next ALDI is 10 minutes away. There is no shortage of restaurants, either. 2.5 miles to the south, Cape Coral Parkway offers plenty of culinary options: from Fast Food, steaks and pizza to amazing seafood.

Families in particular will find things to do all around Villa Grand Paradise. A 14-minute car ride brings you to Cape Coral´s public beach where you can swim and sunbathe to your heart´s content. Nature lovers should visit Rotary Park, 5 miles to the south, to explore Florida´s mangroves on a hike. Or how about exciting fun? Simply take a trip to Sun Splash Waterpark and Gator Mike´s Fun Park. These popular attractions are located 7.5 miles north of the villa.

HOUSERULES / FAQ

Boatlift: The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com

Electricity consumption: The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15 ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning: The average(based on an occupancy of 2–4 guests) cost of electricity per week in the summer period is $40–$60. The price may increase in winter, as heating the pool/spa and the rooms requires more energy in winter than in summer. Please also consider that the pool/spa not only requires more energy in colder temperatures but also cools down more quickly overnight.

BBQ Cleaning: Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50.

Cancelation fee: In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.

Personal Check-In: As arrival days are often stressful and it is rarely possible to arrive at fixed times, each guest will enter the house independently by using a code.
For safety and Insurance reasons, we are required to match the guests present with those of the booking made. In addition, there are many questions about the house, and it is always easier if these things are explained personally and on site. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card). We try to make the check-in as comfortable as possible so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

Pet friendly/service pets: If the house is offered as pet-friendly, you have the possibility to bring a pet(s). You have the option to specify the number of pets during the booking process. Each pet will be charged $25 per night.
If the property is not listed as pet friendly, pets are not allowed, with the exception of service/emotional pets. If your pet is a Service/Emotional Pet, we will require written proof from you prior to booking. Service/emotional pets do not have to be specified in the booking process and will not be charged additionally.

Standard occupancy/overnight guests: Our prices are calculated on the basis of 4 persons. Each additional person will be charged $25 dollars plus fees/taxes per night. If you specify more than 4 persons at the time of booking, this fee will be taken into account. If the number of persons increases after booking or if you receive overnight guests (even for only a few days), you are obliged to register them and pay the fee.
