Modern 3BR retreat in the heart of Ventnor, just 2 blocks from the beach, steps from shops and restaurants. This bright, coastal condo features an open living space, updated kitchen with wraparound counter and bar seating, two spacious balconies with outdoor dining, BBQ, and a second-floor game/lounge area. Sleeps 8 with 2 king beds, 1 queen, plus pullout and daybed. Includes beach chairs, wagon, smart TVs, laundry, central air, and garage parking.

Living & Dining
This bright, coastal condo offers a spacious two-level layout designed for families and groups. The main living area features an open-concept setup with comfortable seating, a large smart TV, and a pullout sofa for additional sleeping. Just off the living space, you’ll find indoor dining for four, plus an updated kitchen with sleek white cabinetry, modern countertops, a coffee bar, spice rack, and a wraparound countertop with bar seating for two. There are also two private balconies, each offering outdoor seating space perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The home sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms and additional sleeping areas. The first main-level bedroom features a king bed, TV, closet, dresser, and plenty of natural light. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and hanging closet. A full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo is located nearby.

Upstairs, the spacious primary suite includes a king bed, TV, dresser, large walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a large tiled walk-in shower. There is also a daybed in the second-floor lounge area and a pullout sofa in the main living room for added flexibility.

Game Room, Workspace & Laundry
The second floor offers a great bonus living space with a game/lounge area, high-top seating, board games like chess and checkers, a smart TV, and a dedicated workspace with a printer. The washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level.

Outdoor Space & Parking
Enjoy two private balconies, including one off the kitchen and another overlooking Ventnor Ave with a hanging chair swing and outdoor dining. Guests also have garage parking for one vehicle, plus beach gear including Tommy Bahama chairs, lounge chairs, and a beach wagon for easy beach days.

What to Bring:
Just your clothes—everything else is taken care of. Host House provides beach chairs, beach towels, fresh linens, bath towels, and essential toiletries including soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You’ll also find kitchen essentials such as dish and laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and more.

You`ll have the whole condo to yourself. There is a shared entry door with Unit A. All spaces and amenities are private and separate from the other unit.

Neighborhood Overview:
Located on Ventnor Ave just south of Atlantic City, this home offers a relaxed beach town feel with everything close by. Walk or bike to local shops, cafes, and restaurants, or enjoy the beach and scenic boardwalk just moments away. Visit the summer farmers market on Fridays, explore Atlantic City’s nightlife minutes away, or head to Margate for more dining and shopping. The perfect blend of convenience and coastal charm.

Listing Transit:
The area is very walkable and bike-friendly, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all nearby. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and public transportation is accessible as well.

Listing Notes:
PARKING: Our garage can accommodate one vehicle and the space in front of the garage can accommodate another car for a total of 2 dedicated spaces. Parking passes are provided enabling you to park up to two additional vehicles on the street 24/7 free of charge.

TVs: There are TV`s in [insert TV locations} i.e every bedroom, living room areas and the game room. All of our TV`s are Smart TV`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

MULIT UNIT BLDG: There are a total of two residential units in our building, and one commercial unit on the ground floor. There is a shared entry door with the other residential unit in the building. You`ll have the whole condo to yourself. All spaces and amenities are private and separate from the other unit.

STAIRS: Approx. 10-12 stairs required to access the 1st floor living space/bedrooms, an additional 10-12 stairs required to access the 2nd floor bedroom

HVAC: There is a central heating and cooling system, the thermostat is located on the main floor adjacent to the staircase to the second floor.

Pet Policy: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
