The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, while the third bedroom offers a twin bed with a twin trundle—ideal for kids or additional guests. The bathroom includes a tiled tub/shower combo with a rain shower, providing a refreshing way to rinse off after the beach. Extra pillows and blankets are provided for added comfort, and central heat and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort.

Parking
There is no on-site parking, but two street parking permits are provided for your stay. The apartment is ideally located just 1.5 blocks from Ventnor’s North Beach and within easy walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and a nearby Wawa, making it easy to explore the area without needing to drive.

This part of Ventnor is home to a diverse community of year-round and summer residents. We are close to Atlantic City`s exciting entertainment, casinos, nightlife, shopping & transportation. The community contains many wonderful restaurants, retail establishments, professionals and service companies.

* Full playground, tennis courts, basketball courts and sand volleyball a few blocks away.
* Farmer`s market every Friday 8am-12pm.

Travel to Atlantic City by jumping on the Jitney. The Jitney is Atlantic City’s long-running, primary form of public transportation. You can ride the Jitney from one end of Atlantic City to the other for a low fare.

If you fancy traveling at a slower pace during the weekend, take a bike ride on the beachfront in Ventnor, New Jersey, which connects to the Atlantic City boardwalk.

Uber & Lyft are also great options to check out at show in Atlantic City, or to visit Lucy the Elephant in Margate!

This home is professionally managed by Host House LLC, a Ventnor based short term rental manager, ensuring you and your guests are in for a great stay.

TV`s: All of our Tv`s are Smart TV`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
