Welcome to a brand new Ventnor Cove Unit, which located on a first floor of the house and provides an easy access for guests traveling with kids or who simply prefer not to do many steps.
With short 7 min walk to the boardwalk and beach, this modern place is a wonderful place to call home for your beach vacation.
This cozy and modern retreat offers a prime location near Ventnor Boardwalk, Atlantic City, and local dining hotspots.
Please note: you have to be 25 years old to book.
First Floor Ventnor Cove Unit features 2 Bedrooms and 1 full Bathrooms with tub.
- First Bedroom - Queen size bed
- Second Bedroom - Bunk beds ( lower full size , top twin size)
- Fully Stacked Kitchen complete with everything to prepare a meal
- Living Room
The unit has 3 ceiling fans and central air conditioning. High speed internet and a smart TV in the living area .
- Laundry Room with Coin Op-ed washer and dryer, we do provide coins. Please note- laundry room is in a common space of the building, it is shared with neighbour next door.
- WiFi included
- Smart TV
We provide 5 beach tags and parking permit for two cars. Please remember to leave it for a next guest in a unit, when you check out.
This unit is NON-smoking and no parties and guests allowed.

Unit has main entrance from N. Oakland Street and back door exit, which leads to small balcony.
Other things to note
Unit is on the first floor of a duplex, with another duplex attached to it. Please be mindful, you will have neighbors.
Try to have no loud noises during quite Hours (8pm-8 am).
Parking passes are required to park in the street in front of the unit. Youâll find your guest parking passes on the table at check-in, which should be placed on your car dashboard.Please do not forget to leave them for next guests during your check out.
-We do provide 5 beach tags.
Security cameras are installed at the front and back exits of the building, public areas only for safety reasons.
There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers on kitchen and laundry room.
-No parties
-No additional guests
-No smoking on a property and absolutely no drugs.
CHECKING OUT
-Check out is at 11 AM sharp unless previously discussed.
-Please do not leave dirty dishes in a sink, we do not mind putting away clean dishes.
-Please recycle.
-We ask that the home being comparable condition to check in, with any damages being disclosed before check out.
- Lost parking permits -$200 per permit.
- Lost beach tag- $30 per one.

We love hosting respectful guests, and to maintain a peaceful experience for everyone, we have a strict no parties or event policy.
Please note that any unauthorized gatherings or parties will be subject to $500 fine and immediately reservation cancellation, and will not go unnoticed.
2. No smoking and no drug use is permitted on the property, will result in $500 fine.
3. No unauthorized guests.
4. Must recycle trash.
5. Dogs are allowed. No cats sorry! Will result in 200$ extra charge!
6. Please note:
Age Requirement: Primary guests must be 25 years or older.
- Local residents are not eligible for instant book and host have a right to cancel reservation to prevent possible parties, if you are local - please send direct message prior to booking.
- We provide 2 parking permits that allows you to park on the street parking within the block of the home.
PARKING info
Because of Street Sweeping on Tuesdays only please switch sides left-right sides of the street!
NO parking on the right side from 1-3 pm (Tuesday only)
NO parking on the left side from 10-12 pm (Tuesday only)
The permit must be displayed on your vehicleâs rearview mirror at all times.
A lost permit will incur a $200 replacement fee per permit.
- Check out time is at 11 am. If guests are late from 30 min to 1 hr - 50 dollars fee will be charged
1hr to 2hrs - half of the daily basis rate will be charged
2hrs + full daily basis rate will be charged with no right of possession of the property or occupying it for another night
- All primary guests should have valid phone number for communication.
- Undeclared guests, exceeding max occupancy limit are subject for daily fee 50 dollars per day per extra person and subject to removal from the property if not discussed with owner prior check-in
- If guest have any complaint about the property amenity or something isn`t working properly, guest must provide access to owner or owner`s contractor in order for the
owner to fix the problem.
- Extensive cleaning beyond normal cleaning will be charged additionally - 100 dollars, example - a lot of trash, dirty dishes left over.
- Please ensure that all used dishes are washed and placed back in the kitchen cabinets.
- Please Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 8 pm till 8 am.
- Please report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them promptly.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

We have security camera to monitor street and entrance to the building only. No devices are inside the property or any common areas of the building.
