Overall, I had a pleasant day at this location. Fabrice was very responsive to all my texts and phone calls. The unit was clean. The air conditioning was outstanding. The water pressure and the showers were great and overall, I had a good time. I was not aware that the unit was upstairs.Until I started inquiring, so this should be made clear in the ad that this is a two family home and that this is the upstairs unit. It also should be made aware that the grill is probably shared if both units are being rented at the same time. The one glaring issue was that there was no mention of an indoor security camera present in the living room. This is a flagrant violation of privacy and I made it known after check out. I noticed it about three hours into my stay. Seeing it, I immediately got up on a stepladder and tried to disconnect it , but just directed the camera the ceiling so nothing was in after that. When I told Fabrice about it, he said that he will have it disconnected for the future. I told him that this is a very serious violation of privacy and having it present, even if disconnected, will be unsettling and a deterrent for future renters. I told him it must be removed and that you must must must disclose this to any future renters, even if it is not inside the unit. He advised me that he will be moving it to the laundry room, which is off the kitchen, also another entry point into the unit. I told him that is unacceptable and that is still inside the unit.
