All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating & air.

Ample off-street and street parking are also available.

A short walk will take you to the beautiful Ventnor City beach, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the waves. For dining, you're just a stone's throw from a variety of restaurants, from casual eateries to upscale dining experiences. Explore the local shops along Ventnor Avenue, where you can find everything from beach essentials to unique souvenirs. The neighborhood is known for its friendly atmosphere and easy access to everything you need for a memorable vacation. Enjoy the walkability of the area, with many attractions within a comfortable distance.

Getting around Ventnor City is a breeze! You'll find ample free street parking right outside the house, and we also offer off-street parking for multiple vehicles. If you're flying in, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is just a short drive away, approximately 15 minutes by car. For those looking to explore beyond Ventnor City, the NJ Transit bus system has several stops within walking distance, providing access to nearby towns and attractions. The closest major transit hub is the Atlantic City Bus Terminal, about a 10-minute drive, offering connections to regional and interstate bus services. Enjoy easy access to everything the Jersey Shore has to offer!

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
