the Apartment FABIAN - Ski- & Thermenapartment was NEWLY RENOVATED in spring 2022.
It is about 400m away from the St. Kathrein thermal baths. You can also get to the St. Oswald ski area via the Sonnwiesbahn (350m) or to the Kaiserburg ski area via the Maibrunnbahn (250m). You can buy a ski ticket at both lifts. The Römerbad thermal baths are about 2km away.

We welcome our guests to our office in the village of Bad Kleinkirchheim in Dorfstrsee 49, and after completing the registration we accompany them home to illustrate all the small details of the house. Throughout the stay we are available for any need and at the end of the holiday we greet guests directly in the rented house.The best way to get around Bad Kleinkirchheim is by car, but there is a convenient bus service, in summer with your Region Card (free for each guest) you can reach the cable car stations and the spa with the city bus , in winter many skibusses will take you to all the ski slopes.
