Great place to stay!

The property was maintained, very clean and well-stocked with the essentials. The location is awesome--just a short walk to Nauset Beach. Some recommendations for dining: the BBQ at the Bowling Alley, Land Ho!, Moby Dick's in Wellfleet, Karoo in Eastham, and Cooke's fried clams.

We come back to this property every year!

The location is fantastic, the house is extremely clean and cozy, and perfect for a family with young kids. The fenced in front yard is also great for finishing the afternoon after a day on the beach.

End of summer beach weekend

Had a great stay, well supplied with everything needed, clean and comfortable and couldn't be any closer to the beach. Highly recommend it, just not the weekend after Labor Day.

Great with kids

This house is so close to Nauset beach, it is very easy to walk there even with little legs! In addition, the layout is convenient and the enclosed front yard a nice place to let the kids play outside when not at the beach.

great property close to the beach with all amenities

I stayed in this property for 3 nights. It is a 3 bedroom one bath and a hall with kitchen apartment. My little ones were never bored with lot of stuffs to play with. The beach is very close to the property. I traveled to Martha's vineyard, provincetown. The places are amazing. It was a great stay there.

Our favorite summer destination!

We come back to this property every year, and every year, it seems improved, despite being great to begin with! It is a very short walk to a fantastic beach, clean, cute, and with anything a family would need. This place is very homey and perfect for our little kids with a fenced in front yard they can play in and tons of fun board games, as well as TV set up with all the apps you need for movies, etc... We look forward to coming back next year!

Quiet cottage by the ocean.

A large, comfortable cottage that is well stocked, and well maintained. The biggest benefit of this cottage is the closeness to the ocean! With the windows open, you can hear the surf; day and night. Three large bedrooms, with all the extra pillows and blankets that you could need; and plenty of air conditioners and fans. Over all, a perfect place to relax and unwind. We'll be definitely going back!

First Class Visit

This location is everything we have been looking for. It is an extremely short walk to Nauset Beach, has plenty of space, and was a clean, comfortable place to stay. Our September stay was quieter than it might be in the summer. We had breakfast/lunch in, and cooked some dinner, and everything needed was available for our use. The wifi was dependable, and the SmartTV was up to date. We are looking forward to booking this property again for our visit to the Cape next year.
