The Space:

Family-friendly fun and comfort combine to create the perfect vacation getaway at this Rehoboth Beach retreat! With private highlights including a pool, a furnished patio, and two living rooms, this spacious home comes packed with plenty of opportunities for indoor/outdoor gatherings. You'll be within minutes of shopping, dining, and entertainment along Coastal Highway, and ideally situated between Rehoboth Beach and Lewes. When you're not at the beach or enjoying the area's nearby attractions, enjoy your own private slice of paradise in the form of the heated, in-ground pool! The massive covered patio comes equipped with a gas grill and ample seating for poolside barbecues. The fenced lawn area provides a safe place for kids to play. Upper and lower living rooms include comfortable sofas and smart TVs for flexible home comfort and indoor entertainment. Many of the rooms are equipped with a dedicated desk for work-from-home convenience. The stainless steel full kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. You'll love the added convenience of two full-size fridges. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern home essentials. Additional perks include an electric vehicle (EV) charger. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming only with guest’s own account. This unit is not equipped with cable. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The pool will be open and available from April 1 to November 1. No heating fee. The pool is accessible to all three units when they are booked simultaneously; otherwise, the main house has exclusive access. The driveway has spots for 9 vehicles in total for this property that shares 3 units. Also, there is street parking available.

The entire house was wonderfully equipped, clean, decorated, and as described. HUGE plus was the amount of available parking!!!Everyone I. Our group was impressed and several requested that we rebook the same location next year (they even picked out the room they want next time).We had a slight issue accessing the house but the property manager picked up our call immediately and we were in the book in under 3 minutes. I bring it up to assume you that this place runs a tight ship and is ready to help out if needed.

This house worked great for our family to spend thanksgiving! It comfortably fit 10 of us (plus two additional adults for the day) without feeling like we were on top of each other. All adult couples had their own king rooms with ensuite bathrooms and the kids took advantage of the twin bed room. The kitchen was large and very well equiped for cooking meals with full pots, pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, a griddle and anything else you could think of. The dual fridges really helped with storing food and drinks. The large table and couch were well used to sit and play games or watch tv. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental!

Our family, ages 6 to 70, had a great time at this rental. The place was clean and comfy. The pool came in handy to keep my 6-year-old grandson happy. A good time was had by all. I'd rent it again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay!

I recently had an incredible stay at this stunning home, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amenities and thoughtful touches that made our stay unforgettable and easy (like 2 fridges, the door that goes right from a bathroom to the back deck, and the ramp to the house to roll all our luggage up). One of the highlights for us was the heated pool. It was perfect for both daytime fun and evening relaxation…lights even came on at night! The big deck was another favorite spot, equipped with fans and lights that made it ideal for both daytime lounging and evening gatherings. We spent countless hours enjoying the comfortable outdoor space, dining al fresco, and soaking up the beautiful surroundings. Inside, the home offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax – kids and teens had their own living space upstairs with a tv to plug devices into. The big dining room table was perfect for family meals and game nights. Each bedroom and bathroom was meticulously clean and well-appointed (the main master upstairs was huge – we fit two kids cots and a pack n play and still had space!) – we all loved having our own bathroom. Overall, this vacation home exceeded our expectations in every way. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a place to gather with family and friends, this property offers everything you could possibly need. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories here. If you're considering a stay, don't hesitate—this home is an absolute gem!
