I had such a lovely stay. The pool stayed at a lovely 86, which was great for the chilly September week. The house is impeccably cleaned and filled with all the needed assocories for a sucessful trip!

Wonderful Getaway

We were all very impressed with the property and the check in process. It had everything that we could want for while we were away on vacation. Plenty of room for everyone, the pool was fantastic, we had an excellent time and would definitely stay at this property again!

Amazing location - close to everything but quiet neighborhood

Location was amazing for us and will definitely be back here! The house was a great size even for 6 of us (2 adults 4 kids) pool and hot tub were a great feature to have to ourselves. Dog hair from previous ppl was still around so could have used a better cleaning, but it’s a pet friendly home and we have 2 at home so didn’t really bother us too much. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Property

This house was beautiful inside and outside and had everything you could think of. We enjoyed the pool day and night and loved having a hot tub as well. The porch was perfect to sit on and watch a couple storms that came through during our stay. The neighborhood is so quiet and conveniently located to all the beaches we wanted to visit. We loved having the full fenced in yard for our dog. Definitely recommend this property!

Adorable cottage with amazing pool

Adorable beach cottage looks just like the pictures. Perfect size for our family of four and dog. The pool/hot tub area is so nicely landscaped and very pretty. Only small issue is that within 24 hours of our arrival, Saturday at 4 PM, the neighbor pooped his head over the fence and asked us to keep our kids quiet because “this is a residential neighborhood.” I think he is upset that this cottage is for rent. It was a bit of a bummer to try to shush the kids in the pool for the rest of the week.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It was clean, the backyard area with the screened-in porch, pool and hot tub was amazing, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. The bedrooms were small, which we anticipated, but who hangs out in the bedroom while on vacation? The beds themselves were very comfortable. The location was great, a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and close to everything, including the beach. The only negatives were the spotty WiFi and Roku TV. However, those things are not dealbreakers for us. We have already requested a reservation for next year and can't wait to return.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The outside area was very accommodating. The pool was great but the water temperature could have been warmer. Nice hot tub for 4. Quality outside lounge chairs and umbrellas. The bedrooms are a bit small. Very well stocked kitchen. The steps to the loft style bedroom are narrow and open and a bit steep probably fine for younger people. Would have been nice to have a tv in one of the two main floor bedrooms. Would have preferred better cable tv, Roku was the tv source. Overall a cute beach vacation house.

Good for the price

Overall, the place was fine. The location was good and close enough to the beach that we could bike there in 10-15 minutes. The house was enough space for our 4-member family. It could use a deep cleaning. We came prepared and spent some time tidying up. Wish I would have called the property manager instead.

Great place for our pups.

Finding a good spot with two dogs isn’t easy, but this place fulfilled our expectations. With a fenced in yard and the screened porch, it was perfect. With the exception of a few minor issues that were promptly addressed, it was a perfect trip!

House on corner lot in quiet and friendly neighborhood. Minutes from Dewey and Rehoboth beaches. It was great to call this home for a week!
