The Space:

A breezy stay awaits at this beachfront condo! Enjoy a refreshing splash in the outdoor community pool and then come back to unwind on your private balcony as you watch the people walk by and the waves crash in the distance. When mealtime comes around, the kitchen will have the chef's back with modern and incredible appliances that will make cooking a breeze. We know the beach is exciting, but there's always time to unwind at home, watch a fun movie on the TV, and simply enjoy a relaxing time with your loved ones. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card for one parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
