Updated, Clean, Quiet! ON THE BEACH side of Coastal - no streets to cross! POOL! Elevator! 5th Floor with water views! Queen & full beds in bedroom w/ TV. Queen Sleeper in Living Room w/ TV. Balcony: see the beach AND the pool. Quiet side of building/corner! Plenty of space. Fully equipped kitchen. Balcony (table & chairs) Beach side at Coastal Hwy means quick trip to sand, sun & fun! Outdoor shower to clean off before going inside, and if you get tired of the beach, sit poolside for a little bit! Summer season rentals are weekly Sat-Sat; You will need to bring your own sheets/pillowcases, and paper products, garbage bags, dishwashing etc (some are initially provided but may be used up by time you arrive), and beach chairs. There is NO grill available- condo unit and it is not permitted. WIFI and Amazon Firestick for TV & access to streaming services - so bring your passwords for what you like to watch! NO smoking. Washer-dryer in unit!

Clean & Convenient

We found rental to be very clean and convenient to many nice restaurants and shopping. Beach Barrels across the street was a fun spot for drinks/music. The B Bus will take you anywhere you want to go. Always so much to do in Ocean City. This rental is perfect for a couple.

Furniture is old and had some stains. The carpet in the bedroom needs replacing, had stains. The tub was clogged when we got there, they did fix it the next day. Pool and location are nice. Cleopatra was very responsive.

I am sorry your stay was not ideal. The stains in the carpet were left by a guest before you & they were taken care of by the cleaning crew as soon as I was made aware of them. I would have had them come immediately if it were going to spoil your stay. Same with any furniture stains - not sure where you mean exactly as there have been no other information from any other guests regarding furniture stains. As you mentioned, I am very responsive. As for the furniture, I have owned the unit and most furniture inside is 5 yrs or younger.

Lovely place!

This was our second stay and I would book again. Cleo is very responsive and great to work with! Pros - Easy entry, nicely decorated, close to the beach, great views, lots of light! Cons - The stove/oven a was a little slow to heat up and the double bed could use an upgrade; we found it uncomfortable and the springs would creak every time we moved.

Has potential!

We enjoyed our stay here. It could have been cleaner when we arrived. It also could have been better equipped. We had some trouble with the access code, but host was responsive and it was handled immediately. Location and access to the beach was great!

Everything was so easy. The lady I talked with is so nice and helpful. She helped me with everything I needed. The place was super cleaned and organized. We could se the beach from the balcony. It was like 3 minutes walk to the beach. I loved this place. Thank you so much Cleopatra for your help and service!!!

Nice holiday get away

I have zero complaints about this host/condo. Condo was super clean beautiful view and host responded very quickly when I had any question. My favorite was the balcony….i could sit there all day. I also left my Apple Watch at the rental and it was found and sent back to me! Saved me a lot ! I would love to come back in the future. Also it was just me and a friend but the condo is very spacious.

Nice stay!

Overall we enjoyed our stay! There was one issue. Two of the mattress covers were very stained with large yellow splotches when we got there. We washed them, and I made the host aware. Also, guests need to bring all of their own supplies (sheets, towels, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap). The host said these are available for those who book at the beginning of the summer, but these items weren’t there during our stay the first week of August. The host was great with communication and gave very fast responses to questions we had. Great location - close to the beach, food, and fun activities!

Hi, thank you for your review. I was unaware of the stains until you mentioned at the end of the stay. I would have called the cleaning service back immediately had I known upfront, but I do appreciate the information. As I mentioned, the description for the unit does not include personal items, tho I do try to start out w/ some supplies for the summer for guests' convenience; unfortunately, I have discovered, this can be taken advantage of & items wasted or taken home "by accident." But I am asking the cleaning service to be able to supply some necessary items (like TP) in the future when low.

Family getaway for the win!

This condo was perfect for our family getaway. Beach was clean, quiet and very easy to walk to (even when carrying beach bags AND a sleepy cranky 2-year old). The building staff and property owner were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The condo was very clean and has everything you need- a full kitchen and full bathroom and ample comfy seats on the chairs and couches. The queen bed was also very comfortable. The owner Cleopatra was very quick to respond and very nice! I will definitely be staying again if it's available!

Wonderful stay

Great for families

We stayed here a few weeks ago and it was a great location - close to the beach, very quiet. We have young kids so having the option of the pool was nice too. Cleo was very responsive if we needed anything.

Nice location

This place is right on the beach. We had a great stay, and the owner communicated very well everything that we needed. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a great beach getaway.

Beach lover!! I love it when others are able to take a break from everything and just have a chance to enjoy the beach. This place is quiet & convenient for both beach & pool fun, away from business of OC but close enough to walk easily to many great places to eat and things to do. Bike up to Fenwick! Ride the bus down. Great parking!

We are on the beach side; there is a shower to rinse off outside. Sit by the pool. Go eat. It's all right there! It's QUIET & CONVENIENT! I am very responsive to guests - I want to make the stay comfortable. It's not the Waldorf-Astoria of the Guilded Age, but you will feel like you have been treated like such a guest!
